Wonderful property - clean, convenient and beautiful
The townhouse was even better than advertised. Perfect size, beautifully decorated, convenient to everything and many little extras included. I thought I was going to miss my Keurig back home, but there was one on the counter! The bed was comfortable and the back yard was just the right size (even though it rained and was cold). We will definitely try and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to Fountain Park and surrounding businesses. Nice backyard for hanging out and storing bikes. Kitchen well equipped. Updated appliances and countertops. Short trip to surrounding cities.

Friends Vacation
The house was clean and well stocked with everything from toilet paper to K-cups. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and checked in with us via texts several times. It is on a busy street and the bedroom at the front of the house has a lot of traffic noise. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Fountain Hills Trip
Every bit as nice and convenient as shown on VRBO. Phillip and Jackie were great hosts taking care on one question immediately for us. Both our couples thought it a beautifully decorated and logistically clever design with full private walled in back yard. Great experience for money. Don’t hesitate.

Great stay in the sunshine!
Property has a nicely equipped kitchen, and nice open floor plan. Yard was great for the dog and could leave the door open for that nice warm air. I only dinged location because it is on a busy street, but alternatively is walkable to the Fountain park and downtown (about 15min) which was super nice. And oh so close to GREAT mountain biking at McDowell. Owners are super responsive. All and all a great stay.

Absolutely wonderful
I cannot begin to overstate the helpfulness and generosity of Jackie and Phillip when it came to our stay. They accommodated a schedule change without issue, they generously found us a pack n play for our baby promptly and without hassle, and they were so kind as to let us have a (very) needed late checkout. The rooms and entire unit were clean and exactly what was needed for our stay in the area. Check in/out was easy and simple. Highly, highly recommend - and a big thanks to you both!

Great spot in Fountain Hills
Lots of nice upgrades finishes, appliances, and decorations. Loved the fenced in back yard for our two pups. Owners were great and when we wanted to extend our trip- they were quick to respond! The unit is a duplex and has off street parking for 2 vehicles. Close to grocery, restaurants and « the Fountain ». Great value. Thanks again!!

Great Location!
The townhome is in a great location for visiting Fountain Hills and mountain biking at McDowell Mountain Park. We walked to Fountain park everyday and enjoyed the easy walk around the park. The home was clean and has a very nice floor plan. We loved the back yard and covered patio.

Convenient location
This rental was in a great location in fountain Hills convenient to everything. The house was clean we like that the bedrooms were on separate sides of the house and there was a nice fenced in yard in the back. Would recommend this place for any person visiting fountain Hills

Nice location right down the street from Fountain Park.
Smaller condo but well laid out and worked out fine for us. It would have been nice for the ad to highlight that one bedroom is a converted garage. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to trailheads.

Condo on Saguaro
The condo was clean and very functional for our family of six. Communication with Jackie and Philip was good when we needed assistance on a few things. It would have been nice if one of the issues was taken care of before our stay as they knew about it. Overall a really good place to stay for our 13 day vacation.

Great place to stay for activities in the Fountain Hills area. Close to the state park and an easy drive in Scottsdale. We had everything we needed and the place was very comfortable and well provisioned.

Awesome accommodations!
The house was perfect for my husband and two kids to stay for a long weekend for our niece's graduation. The property manager's were more than welcoming and accommodating! The house was clean and three king beds, two full baths was perfect! Also was fully stocked with anything you could want/need! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Nice place, nice spot, nice town.
We stayed here while we were doing home renovations and it worked out perfect. Very easy access, ample parking for both cars, and our pets were happy, too. Very comfortable, big screen TV, fast internet which was appreciated as I do IT support from home, comfy beds, etc. You can tell the hosts have really tried to make their place as nice as possible. I'm not sure how this could have been better. If you're in Fountain Hills to go mountain biking, see the fountain or go to a arts festival, or explore the desert it's a very convenient location. We would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you and our dogs say thanks, too!

Best Mother's Day Retreat
My mom is in her final stages of her cancer and comfort and time is so precious to her and me for her. She and I rented this place to bond and be in the beautiful city of Fountain Hills which is 30 Mins from her home in Apache Junction. This stay was memorable for many reasons and was accepted by awesome hosts that made sure we had everything we needed and were available to us 24 X 7. All I can say is thank you and I hope.many more are able to have such a special time in your rentals.
