Perfect spot for a mini vacation. 5 minutes walk to everything that Scottsdale old town offers.
This 2002 building has plenty of room with high ceilings and over 1,000 sq feet of space. Two bedrooms with a comfy king size bed and queen bed,the couch converts into a queen size bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, pans, dishes,everything you need for great dinner at home. 58”large screen television with Netflix and Amazon Prime in the family room. New fridge,washer and dryer. Reserved covered carport behind the unit and usually plenty of parking in front.Community pool with Key entry, grill and dining area along the pool side.

The condo was nice, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to downtown Scottsdale where there were a bunch of restaurants. The reason for three stars is the communication with the property manager through the app was horrible and disappointing. A few days before arrival I was sent the address and a parking spot number, but no condo number. Early on the day we checked in I messaged confirming if the parking spot number and condo number corresponded. I heard nothing for over 24 hours, which is ridiculous. After two days in the condo we ran out of toilet paper. There was no additional toilet paper and when I messaged the host they responded to my first message about the condo number and ignored my toilet paper question. I sent a follow up message and the response was my cleaning lady puts it under the cabinet. We ended up having to purchase our own, which when I’m staying somewhere and on the list of items it says it on there I expect there to be a stock of it and not have to purchase my own. I also messaged about checkout procedures as I never received anything ever.

Wasn’t clean - misleading listing
We stayed here last month for a work trip. I had requested early checkin but didn’t hear back from the host. Upon arrival, the place had a weird smell. I found hair throughout the bed which freaked me out, but it was even worse when I found animal poop in the living room! I immediately left and booked a hotel. I messaged the host and they didn’t respond till the next day and never remediated the issue or apologized. I had to go through VRBO to receive a refund.

Overall a good stay. Quiet area with easy parking. We did however arrive with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and no soap to run it. We also had no garbage bags and dish soap to hand wash dishes.

The location, unit, price, and amenities were all perfect for us. The unit was cheaper than a hotel and gave us much more freedom with choices for eating in or out and was in a convenient location for our activities.It was cozy and furnished nicely. If I ever needed to again, I would absolutely choose this unit.

Great little place for a great price
The place was prefect. Cute and comfy. Felt safe and was very low key. We had our bachelorette there and it was great! Everyone was friend and we honestly rarely saw anyone and had the pool to our Selves. Location was amazing we went to old town a lot and it was a short and cheap uber or lyft never more then $10. Totally walkable too.

Nice updated unit
We didn't get to stay both nights that were booked due to car/medical emergency, but the night we spent was nice. Due to arriving later than planned we were not able to use the pool, but it looked nice for a smaller complex like this. Unit was very clean, everything seemed to work just fine. Nice and quiet area which was very much needed due to an early flight home in the morning.

This place is very nice😊 really enioyed how our door was right at the flight of stairs. Washer and Dryer unit is always a must for me and my family and this one worked beautifully. Very clean place, sufficient space and adore the high ceilings and private patio in the Master Bedroom. Would definitely book again!!

The unit was very nice. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and new appliances. Perfect size for our small family. Common areas were well maintained and nice area for dog duty. Only complaint would be the pool was not cleaned on a regular basis and had debris in it, so we did not use it. Location is close to everything!
