Great location and wonderful host!
The townhouse was fantastic in terms of location and comfort and I would absolutely stay here again. The host was very responsive and accommodating and they were very well stocked on the small things like coffee pods/laundry detergent/dishwasher pods that many other places skimp on. Having the lake and park near by and the private backyard space made it seem like you don’t even need to have the house to have a great vacation.

Great communication with host. Property was clean and quiet. Nice backyard patio to relax. Also enjoyed the pool. It was a short Uber ride to Old town.

Happy Campers
The property was recently remodeled in a very tasteful and comfortable way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the unit was exceptionaly clean. The location is very convenient and close to old town Scottsdale with numerous restaurants and nightlife nearby. There is a Safeway within walking distance and the lake out front is excellent for walking and people watching. We were very happy and look forward to booking this property again.

Best of both worlds
This was a very nice place to stay. Close to everything you would like to be in Pheonix area and still on the water. Beautiful to have that right outside the front door and great community as well. Seems pretty new and well maintained. Fast internet. Bedrooms and kitchen are quite comfortable and clean. Would stay there again. Nice communal pool just a 1-2 minute walk. I may again when my second daughter graduates from ASU in 2 years.

Property had everything we needed and wanted. Comfortable bed with high-end linens. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious living room. Quaint patio and barbecue. Located near a lake and extensive park for walking and exercise. Quiet, peaceful complex. Manager was easy to work with and very responsive!

I was in town for a conference at a luxury resort. Personally, I don't like the 'stuck' feeling of being at a resort. But I wanted a nice experience. This was great. Nice place. Across a quiet street from a lake/park. Convenient location. I felt like I made the right choice for my stay.

LakeFront Fantastic Stay
We simply loved our stay at Chateau de VII Lakefront. We have been staying in VRBOs for over 10 years, and Rhyan is truly one of the best Host we have ever met. She made sure that anything we needed to just text or call. The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable and a joy to stay in! The mornings were awakened and greeted with lovely songbirds and geese. The view from the front shows great mountain scenery and looks out onto the Lake Chapparal. One night, around midnight, we went outside to gaze at the stars and just “be” in the cool fresh air of the evening. We had a wonderful time staying at the Lakefront and hope to come back next year!

It was a nice clean place to stay with an excellent lake view. Could add a few mirrors, including at least one full body mirror. Had trouble with the gate code, owner reset it but it still never worked which wasn’t too big of a problem until it rained and had to walk around front. Overall it was a nice place to stay and was very close to every place we visited.

This house was beautiful. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we could ask for. The location in the park was peaceful. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Scottsdale! 5 Stars for sure!

Great location right overlooking lake....in AZ!
We were there to visit family, former neighbors, and just enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer. The house was great and perfect for our needs. The house was already stocked with coffee which was the first thing we checked before heading off to a nearby grocery store. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, and an upgraded kitchen with every modern appliance imaginable. While we didn't spend a whole lot of time there, we did have company over to enjoy the Indianapolis race one day. The house was perfect for entertaining. When we had a question we sent off a text things to the owner. She always replied immediately. We would stay here again.

Perfect getaway
This wonderful lakefront property is amazing. It's been completely updated, and has every convenience vacationers could possibly need. I loved that it had an electric kettle for heating water for tea, and a Keurig coffee maker. We sat out in front, watching people and dogs and birds, both early morning and late evening. The backyard is fully equipped with a lovely fountain, shade cover, bbq, table and couches for lounging. The rooms are all spacious and have great mattresses and bedding; two of the bedrooms have big t.v.s, as well as a very large t.v. in the living area. Our experiences through VRBO have been generally good; this rates excellence in all areas, cleanliness, ease of check-in, perfect contact with the host, having lake/walking paths right outside the door, close to shopping and downtown Scottsdale/Fashion Square and Old Town. Couldn't ask for a better location and place to stay. We're already planning our next visit, and this will always be our first choice when visiting Scottsdale.
