BRAND NEW AC - Sleeps 12 - Pet Friendly in Gilbert near Loop 202!

30 night min stay required. We know families will love this home in South Gilbert. This home is professionally managed by Elite Vacays who has been a vacation rental industry leader and prides itself in offering the best hospitality to make you feel like you are at "home". Your hospitality host is a nearby resident and can assist with anything you need 24/7 during your stay. Less than 1 mi from loop 202. Brand New Interior Paint, Brand New Carpet and Brand New Furniture in every room!

Professionally cleaned in between all guest stays. All bedding and towels are properly laundered between every stay.

Split Master has King Size Bed with Large Walk In Closet, Separate Tub & Shower. 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed, 3rd Bedroom has Full Size Bottom Bunk Bed, Twin Top Bunk and a Twin pull out trundle.

Family Room & Den both have full size couches with Queen Size Sofa Sleepers. All Bedrooms, Family Room & Den have TV's equipped with Netflix. Master & Family Room have Cox Contour as well as Netflix.

All major amenities including Inside Laundry with Full Size Washer & Dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking, baking, cutlery, dishes, Blender, Toaster, Keurig Coffee Maker, Iron & Ironing board and so much more. If we don't have what you need, just ask- we are happy to accommodate most requests.

Need High Chair, Playpen or Air Mattress? We can provide upon request for a small rental fee.

Backyard is fully fenced with plenty of green grass. Bring your bikes and ride through the adorable neighborhood to many of the fun community parks!

Pets considered. If your pets are approved, the following pet fees will be added to your reservation. Owners reserve the right to cancel reservation if pet requirements and fees are not adhered to prior to check in.

For consideration, you must submit a recent photo of your pet(s), provide age, lbs, name of breed and confirm if their vaccines are current and if they are house trained. (this applies for each pet)

After receipt of these required pet details, we will notify of your pet acceptance and applicable pet fees will be applied.

Minimum $500 per dog pet fee

For reservations longer than 5 nights, but less than 14 nights, there will be a reduced rate of $60 per night, per pet fee which applies after the 5th night.

For reservations longer than 14 nights, there will be a $1,500 per pet, pet fee applied every 30 days. If reservation is longer than 30 nights, this rate will be a prorated rate of $50 per night, per pet after 30 nights.

The house was very lovely and fit our needs perfectly. The location was perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. Tina was very helpful whenever we needed her and I’d say she went above and beyond. I would definitely rent this property again.

Property manager was good to work with. We have stayed here a couple times in the past, and it appears they have removed all the items in the home to make it cozy. (Couch pillows, décor, etc.) Also the back yard was in need of attention. It was an adequate rental and clean. Would stay again. Good location and quiet.

Amazing Experience!
This house was absolutely gorgeous and wonderfully functional for our family vacation to Arizona. There was plenty of room for our kids and family to sleep and hang out. Tina, our host, was very responsive when we needed her. They thought about everything and had all the comforts of our own home - had every appliance you can imagine, netflix and disney on the TVs, trundle bed, plenty of necessities like shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels to last the entire trip. The neighborhood was beautiful and had a few different playgrounds for the kids and running trails too. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Home is beautifully furnished and full of all the things you would need for an extended stay. We were particularly pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes for cooking and eating. Quiet neighborhood, nice walking trails, relatively close to shopping, etc. The Property manager was also great to respond quickly to answer questions leading up to and during our stay. Five stars all around.

This home is very nice and the kitchen is stocked with lots of kitchen appliances, etc. We have stayed here numerous times and never been disappointed - our last stay was 3+ months. Tina, the host, is incredible - she is very responsive no matter what day she in contacted and she truly cares about her renters and shows that through her kindness and her thoughtfulness. My advice is "book it."

This home is very nice and it is always clean. The kitchen is perfect because it is stocked with utensils and appliances for cooking and relaxing. Family Vacation & needed house close to family
Our family of four, a couple with 2 adult children, were coming to visit family in the Sun Lakes area. We needed a home with 3 bedrooms and found this gem. It was perfect and was everything that was described on line by VRBO. Very clean, spacious and homey. Great neighborhood that made us feel safe and comfortable. The house had all the bedding, bathroom towels, and kitchen items that you could imagine. Everything regarding check in and access was done online and worked like a charm. No issues whatsoever! We would definetly rent this house again! Loved every aspect of it! Were sad to have to leave.

We were totally pleased with our stay. In fact, this stay has been our best VRBO to date. The home exceeded our expectations. We appreciated all the extra touches to enhance our stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The home is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great. We took daily walks using the walking paths. The rental home is located in a great area and is close to many restaurants. We highly recommend this home to anyone.

GOOD RENTAL IN GILBERT
My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property. The location was perfect for us and it was quiet and safe. The house was clean and spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was well-stocked - I love to cook and it had everything I needed during our two month stay. The only downside is the two guest bedroom TVs did not have cable access; however, NetFlex, etc., were available. Tina was extremely responsive for the very few issues we had during the two months. We would definitely rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay in Gilbert. The house was perfect for our family of 8 with 3 young kids. There was plenty of space, the house was clean, and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. We had a Wonderful Family vacation in Gilbert, Az. The rental property was very nice, clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of space, with a great open and split floor plan. There are TV’s in all the bedrooms, the livingroom and in the den. However, the bedroom TV’s are only set-up with Netflix. Not a huge deal, but cable in the master would have been nice. The home is centrally located, close to main roads and highway access. It does take around 15 minutes or so to get to the nearest grocery store. Which isn’t bad, but it’s also about 10 or so minutes to the nearest convenient store. It would’ve been nice to have something a little closer. Tina was very helpful and readily available when we needed assistance with our arrival. We had a wonderful stay and highly suggest this property. Thank you Tina!

Great home which hosted our extended family. Great, quiet location with easy access.
The home has everything we needed plus more. It had plenty of space and was easy to get to from anywhere in the Phoenix area. We went for Spring Training games, which were about 35min from Gilbert. We had no issues with the house while we were there. The home is newer with nice amenities, we were comfortable the whole time. Nothing negative to say.

Enjoyable stay!
This house is lovely and spacious. My son loved the trundle bunk beds in his room, and my daughter loved the calm vibe in hers. The master bedroom was great with the master bath. The kitchen was beautiful and functional with plenty of seating if you plan to entertain. The family room was comfortable and cozy. Our family really enjoyed the stay.
