ADDITIONAL RULES:
○ By booking this property, you are agreeing to sign our rental contract & provide your email address after booking so we can send you our rental contract.
○ Upon booking you are also agreeing to providing your photo ID and completing our screening process through Safely.
○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30
○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
○ Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway at the property.
○ Standard occupancy is 18 guests, and maximum occupancy is 23 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.
○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.
○ For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in, we do our best to accommodate regular check-in time of 4pm but it could be as late as 6pm.

Perfect property for family
Just returned from an eight day stay at this amazing place. Our family of 15 had the best time. Our nine grandchildren ranging from the age of eight months to 10 years. Did not want to leave. So much to do for the children and for the adults never a dull moment we had aplans for visiting attractions in Phoenix, but we did not want to leave this beautiful house. Property manager Brian was amazing. Not one complaint, we will be back.

Spectacular Family Vacation
Our large family of 10 adults and 7 children (8 months- 9 yrs) absolutely LOVED this beautiful and extremely well-appointed complex. The safety of the gated pool area was a top priority for us, and with the various pool "toys" and comfy loungers, we spent many happy hours poolside ! The tennis/pickleball/basketball court area was also well utilized by adults and children alike, while the turf area with the swings/slides and children's playhouses kept the little ones active and happy throughout our stay. The house and casita provided ample areas for individual families to have their private sleeping spaces in spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was outfitted with every appliance imaginable ! We were also extremely impressed with Brian, our property manager, who checked in with us upon our arrival and was extremely prompt in responding to any questions that arose. He also surprised us with a DELICIOUS box of Crumbl cookies, which were an unexpected and thoughtful treat. We loved the proximity to Trader Joe's and OHSO brewery and the location was also central to many golf courses and other attractions, as well as the airport and downtown area. Our entire family felt like we were staying at a private resort and that Paradise retreat was the most outstanding accommodation any of us have ever experienced. If the opportunity presents itself, we will definitely be back !!

We had a family reunion with ages ranging from 3 to 93 and there was something for everyone to do. We never left the property because there was so much to do on site. There were several issues the had to be addressed due to the previous renters but the owner took care of those things immediately. He was extremely responsive! If you are looking for an all inclusive VRBO, this is it! You won't be disappointed! Everything is top quality, all kitchens fully stocked and the beds very comfortable! If you are impressed by the photos, wait till you see this VRBO. It's even more spectacular in real life!

Best family friendly property
We stay here every winter for a few months. The yard is unbeatable for young families. The glass fence around the pool both provides peace of mind and is beautiful. The huge yard, play structure, and full size tennis court keeps the kids busy from sunrise to bedtime. We especially enjoy the proximity to amenities like Whole Foods and OSHO Brewery, both less than a 1 minute walk. And the ownership and maintenance folks are second to none. Highly recommend this property, especially if you have young kids.

Great Venue for Work Retreat
We were all pleasantly surprised and excited about this home on arrival. Outdoor recreation is outstanding. We use tennis, cornhole, pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well equiped but with that many cabinets it was not always easy to find what we were looking for, There are a few small rooms that felt crampled but the suites were amazing.
