4. We are requiring the following strict refund policy for long term stays over 14-days:
No refund for cancellations within 30 days. They must cancel prior to 30 days to receive a refund. (shorter stays can remain with the current cancellation policy).
5. The home is sprayed monthly for pests. Unfortunately due to climate and mother nature, some pests can still make their way through. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating on the bed because ants are really smart and fast.
