Older lady at check during the evening was extremely rude. Hotel is older but has been renovated. Double rooms are very small, Don't be deceived by the photos online. great location but nothing fancy

Good enough to a quick trip. Bed isn’t the most comfortable (too hard for me) and pillows were too. The room was clean and quiet for our trip. Property is clean and quiet. The neighbourhood is quiet at night and during the day is walkable

Booked 3 nights only stayed for 1. Checked in later in the evening. Lady at check in counter wouldn’t let you in the lobby so I had to check in thru a window on the side of the building. We got to our room and it smelled like someone just completely disinfected the entire place with some sort of chemical spray. Still had hair and dirt on the floor in the bathroom, the door to our room had a gap you could almost put your hand through and the walls are paper thin you hear everything. The next day we decided to have lunch by the pool. When we got to the pool it said closed for maintenance. So I went to the front desk to ask for part of my stay back because we flew a long way to sit in the sun and wanted to do some swimming. The lady at the front desk (different lady then when I checked in ) says there is a sign right here at the front desk when you checked in you must have known the pool wasn’t working. I explained to her that the evening before the lady wouldn’t let me inside to check in and I had to use the drive through window and she NEVER mentioned anything about the pool not working. So after some back and forth with the front desk lady she says she will give us a refund for the 3rd night if we want to leave but not for the 2nd night because it was noon (12 ish) and we had to notify them before 11 if we were checking out. So we paid for 2 nights in the worst hotel by far in Scottsdale and only stayed 1. I do not recommend this place at all !

I was very pleasantly surprised during my stay at this Motel 6. My initial impression was not pleasant when I came to check in, and at first they were going to check me in, then they decided the shift had to switch and I was told to "come back later". Once I came back and checked in, I was pleasantly surprised how well maintained and clean the room was. I was disappointed there was no microwave, but otherwise, the room was not bad.

Checkin is done outside at a bank tellers window while you stand in a dark alley parking lot. No inside lobby used at night. You rang a buzzer and waited several minutes for anyone to respond. A lady finally came to the window and said she was alone and I would have to wait another 5 minutes in the alley before she would check me in as she was busy? As an older woman alone at night I was very afraid and vulnerable. This place operates likr a third world facility. There is no excuse for her rude attitude and treatment of the customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. An unfortunate experience
