Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this spacious modern guest home (1399 sq ft) has all the amenities to make it feel just like home. Filled with light, well-curated, and close to Lake Pleasant, Vistancia, hiking, biking trails, golf, shopping, restaurants and more this home makes for an unforgettable visit.

Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this stand alone guest house has its own private entrance and plenty of parking in the front. The beautifully landscaped backyard includes outdoor furniture, a kid's playset, and a chicken coop filled with chickens. Both bedrooms have doors that lead to the back patio with a gas grill, outdoor bistro table and chairs.

Best place to stay in Peoria!
One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at. The house and property were beautiful and stocked with everything you could need. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Restaurants and shopping were close and convenient. Leah was an amazing host. Readily available without ever feeling “watched” and incredibly responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball court and watching the chickens and bunnies in the yard. This will be our new home base every time we visit Phoenix!!

Beautiful inside and out
Loved the location even though it was further from our family for the family reunion, we would stay again. It’s a beautiful part of the area and the neighborhood felt safe and private. The decor inside was modern and higher end decisions and a bed so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The host was friendly and communicated well. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Splendid Stay! The space is spectacular with everything we needed for a happy time. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, fluffy towels, coffee bar, 2 TV’s, WiFi, and parking at the front door. The outdoor space and neighborhood are wonderful. We loved all the native trees, plants, cacti and succulents. Light-filled, quiet and peaceful with only the sound of hot air balloons floating above us- We will definitely return!

Wonderful Stay
Leah was a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive and made sure if we needed anything, to just text here. The house/kitchen is very well stocked. We especially loved sitting out on the back patio late afternoon with a glass of wine watching the hot air balloons go up to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet which was nice. Easy access to grocery stores, a target and restaurants. Overall a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Leah.

Modern, clean, well appointed. Beautiful linens, great bedroom spaces. Even a laundry room. We travelled with my 91 yr old mother and everything was easily accessible for her. Had great communication with the owner and enjoyed the backyard space. Have already recommended it to family and will definitely be back!

Perfect!
Have stayed at a fair number of vacation rental properties. Leah’s home in Peoria is at the very top of the list. It is thoughtfully configured, lots of nice touches throughout. Communication is easy and thorough. There doesn’t seem to be anything to critique or add to what she has already done to make the home extraordinarily hospitable. We will definitely return.

Perfect getaway house!
The house was perfect! It was exactly as listed, and clean, bright and comfortable. Leah had everything we needed including coffee, extra linens and even toiletries. If we had forgotten anything, she had it covered. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding was so soft!! Communication with Leah was easy and helpful. The house was centrally located, close to shops and freeways, but off the road a bit so it was very quiet. This house was everything we needed, and more. Looking forward to booking here again.

Very well appointed casita in beautiful neighborhood
Beautiful inside and neighborhood. Perfect for our family of three adults but they also had many items if you have small children. Not walking distance to anything but short drive to restaurants, shopping and close to freeways to get you around Phoenix area. We were pleased they provided k-cups, cream for coffee in refrigerator and even a few bottled waters with a basket of snack items. Many thoughtful additions thru out the property such as games, puzzles, streaming available on tv. Very nice finishings. We would highly recommend this property and Leah was quick to respond and very pleasant.

Amazing accommodations and hospitality
I was amazed at the beautifully designed and styled property combined with the thoughtful hospitality of Leah. We were traveling with a infant and they had a high chair and pack n’ play available for us to use. We had an amazing short stay and would not only recommend this property and host to anyone and everyone we know, but also can’t wait to stay again in the future. Don’t think twice and book this spot! It was also in a great safe quiet neighborhood, which is always a plus when traveling with kids!
