Welcome to squalor!!! BEWARE!!!
This property is the definition of disgusting. Upon arrival it was over 90 degrees in the home. The thermostat was adjusted and the home never properly cooled, it never reached below 80 degrees. The air vents were covered in black filthy dust. There were several bugs and spiders found and flushed, while some were too quick and went back under the baseboard. The floors were not cleaned. The linens stunk like body odor. There were fake nails, combs, water bottles and even filthy socks left on the ground and under the beds! The refrigerator had a built in water dispenser that did not work. So not only was it extremely hot there was no drinking water. There was no way to feel comfortable nor even want to stay at this rental property. We reached out to the property owner who offered no assistance, he was only argumentative stating “it’s hot and the bugs have to go somewhere”. It’s obvious the owner is not local and has no idea the condition of his property or what he is renting out to people. The owner had locked the thermostat and was controlling it from his phone. In addition to this, we were traveling with a newborn and toddler. We went to the backyard with the toddler (as it was cooler outside than inside) and there were cigarette butts all over the patio. Our 4th of July was disastrous as we spent all day trying to get help from VRBO and the owner to fix the air and address concerns. Oh I hope you don't like coffee because the coffee maker was filled with mold.

Not what it seems
The home is in need of an electrical up date several lights and receptacles didn’t work. The tv in the one bedroom didn’t work dishwasher broken there were dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived . Back patio was dirty cigarette butts on the patio with several burn marks in the patio furniture. One of the bedrooms smells like mold. Would not recommend this property.

Excellent Location
Our stay was short and we were not at the house much so the house worked well for us. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard enjoying the sun between baseball games or enjoying the nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale. Would recommend this house based on the location alone! A few upgrades and general maintenance would make this property an even better find!

We used this property while in town for Spring Training. The reservation process was very easy and everyone was very helpful. The property itself was in need of some real TLC. The cleanliness of the property was the real issue. The bathrooms were fine, however the bedrooms needed the most help. There were socks left under beds from previous guests and stains on the mattress pad. The kitchen does not have much provided for you. If you are a family and you plan to cook, you will need to supply yourself with most of everything. There were no extra blankets, towels, or sheets, which was fine, but there was no detergent to wash the only ones we had to use. The backyard was very open and perfect for our dogs. The fire pit was nice, but unfortunately it was left with old cigarettes and cigars from the previous guests.

Extremely disappointing
Despite the good location of the villa, unfortuately, this was not enough to compensate for the property's lack of attention to detail. The woodwork and walls were scuffed and very grimy, as were the blinds. The bedding and towels were of a poor quality and there were only two bath sheets. This villa is not value for money.

Best Location
This house is all about location…Very nice neighborhood near nightlife and many restaurants and bars. Still needs a few things to make it special but the location and price couldn’t be beat.

Missing items and Not cleaned
This property was not cleaned when we arrived. There were almost no dishes. There were only two towels total so we went out and bought towels. There were stains on the beds. The trash cans were missing . Someone piled trash bags behind the house and in the garage. When i contacted the host about it, the cleaners still never came. There was also trash and empty bottles left in the refrigerator.
