Escape the cold and enjoy the desert as it was meant to be in this fully furnished modern two 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located just north of the famous Carefree Hwy. Anthem Retreat offers a welcoming atmosphere for guests with a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ's and fitness center just a short walking distance from the front door.

Whether you're exploring the city, a travel / remote professional, a family looking for a longer stay, or simply seeking a soothing retreat, this condo is the ideal choice for your trip. Anthem Retreat is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to all activities in and around North Phoenix. Sedona is only an hour away, Flagstaff 1 1/2 hours, Scottsdale 30 minutes, and Sky Harbor airport 35 minutes.

The well appointed and fully stocked kitchen provides ample space for cooking up delicious meals. The open concept kitchen and dining room allow for conversation and involvement. A welcome basket with snacks, as well as coffee and tea station are provided.

There is a dedicated parking spot directly in front. The condo has its own entrance and is located on the second (top floor). It is an end unit with ample privacy.
