We would definately stay again!
We enjoyed our stay at the Mint House Scottsdale (Griffin Apartments) Very nice apartment...just as pictures show. Balcony didn't have the best view, but that was ok. Pool area was beautiful but heaters did not work on hot tub or pool. Easy walk to Old Town Scottsdale and grocery story and restaurants.

Nice clean property with a very nice floor plan. Building is close to old town! Great workout room and nice pool area with morning direct sun only. Parking was a pain at night as we did not have access to the parking garage but that was a small inconvenience. Two bathrooms paired with bathrooms make this an easy stay for two couples.

My bf and I were excited for the pool but when we got there, the pool was dirty so we decided to try the hot tub but it was as cold as the pool. We asked one the staff and of course, it’s out of order. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Would recommend it!

Condo was newer and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Lots of noise coming from the outside(roads,sirens,rv park)as well the tenants surround us. The sound proofing was terrible in the condo. Communication accessing building was confusing. Our door code didn’t work, resulted in 11/2 hours of waiting in hallway. Internet didn’t work for the first couple days. Condo wasn’t very well stocked with things like spices, cooking spray, extra garbage bags, laundry soap. Pool was freezing and dirty, hot tub ran on timer so it was cold as well. You had to start timer and wait for it to warm up which took a long time. Public bbqs didn’t get up to temperature, which resulted in lengthly cooking times.
