We had a fantastic time at this property. The views of the valley and downtown Phoenix at night were spectacular. Plenty of room in the house for our family, and the outside pool area was wonderful. Thank you again!

Beautiful Home
We’re a group of 6 that travel together for spring training. The home location was easy to get to parks, Safeway and gas. The en-suite bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked (except for a cheese grater, unless we just couldn’t find it) and centrally located so the cooks were always part of the conversation. We had wonderful evenings on the patio with amazing sunsets in a very quiet neighborhood. A couple things needed repair but owner was responsive. We’ll be back.

Beautiful property
We booked our stay at this beautiful home and we are so happy we did. The home is beautiful and was very clean upon arrival. The pool and cinema were icing on the cake. We needed some assistance with the pool and Dwayne was responsive and helped us right away. The waterfall feature on the pool wasn’t working which is our only con of our entire stay. Overall, we had a great experience and we definitely recommend this home to others.

We can not thank the Schmidt family enough for opening their home to us to stay in this beautiful home. The outdoor pool, hot tub and grill area was an absolute treat along with the theater room and other great perks here. I will absolutely be coming back to this home for my next stay.

My family had a wonderful time at this rental. We spent a lot of time in the pool and relaxing near the fire pit. The house is extremely clean and it has so much space so that folks can have their privacy too. I would definitely rent this house again.

Perfection!
What an incredible home! We had an amazing stay in this desert oasis, close to everything yet private with a secluded feel. The home itself was clean and well-maintained. All of our needs were accounted for - a kitchen with all the bells and whistles, comfortable and inviting bedrooms and baths, and a pool area that is beyond words! This was the perfect house for our vacation, and we look forward to staying here again soon.

The best!!!!!
Seriously though, this property is amazing! The house was so clean and warm. Great location, and close to everything we needed (and even wanted). This is a great stay for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and the outside atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and the view are amazing!!! I highly recommend this property. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

What a perfect vacation spent with friends in this gorgeous home! Everyone had their own room with comfy beds and private bathrooms. Lots of space to be together and enjoy each other’s company as well. Large spacious living room and patio area were perfect for our group to gather. The patio is very private and the pool / waterfall makes for a very peaceful setting. The kitchen is a chefs dream with all the amenities to whip up a meal! Easy access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants. Owner was extremely helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this home for your next stay, it won’t disappoint!

Great location and lots of space
This home was extremely clean and organized. The 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, provided us with our own space and privacy. The cost was well worth the peace and quiet that came with the location. Which is an easy 30 min drive from Scottsdale or Chandler. The location and view from the pool are outstanding. Communication from the owner is easy and as frequent as needed. Directions to the all of the amenities are easy to use follow. The pool, spa, and fire pit are wonderful. The kitchen and entertainment areas are huge. The neighbor hood is quiet and located close to shops and restaurants if needed. Overall a fantastic experience!
