Great Property at Great Price
Sorry I have to say I traveled to Scottsdale for a medical procedure, but this property was perfect, located about 7 minutes away from the hospital. Convenient to many dining locations. Extremely well furnished and stocked, we can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. I don't think you could get more for your money anywhere else, and we did look around before happily selecting their property. Peggy was a great host and responded promptly to any questions. Thank you Peggy!

The place was clean and updated and provided all the little extras. A place we definitely recommend. 4 adults aged 60 plus had a great time enjoying all the conveniences of close by restaurants, grocery and shopping. Perfect location.

Beautifully appointed and very clean condo in great North Scottsdale location
From the moment we walked into our condo, we were pleased with our accommodations. Layout was well suited for our needs, and furniture and bedding were comfortable Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cookware, even cooking supplies. Appliances were upgrade quality. Decorator did a fantastic job; tons of charm and warmth in the condo. Cleaning service was phenomenal and much appreciated. Location was near shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the nice, heated swimming pool. This condo is in Signature Scottsdale, not Scottsdale Horizon. Because we arrived at night during a light rain, we weren’t sure we were at right location. Directions in the dark made it harder for us - we couldn’t see lock box. It was secured around a step but not visible for night. After a quick call to Peggy we were able to enter. We loved staying here and gave reservations for next winter. Thank you to Peggy and all who helped make our stay so enjoyable and relaxing!

The property was very nice and spacious. Very clean and had all the nice extra's the most properties do not provide. Coffee, soap, cleaning supplies. I highly recommend others to check it out if they are making a trip to Scottsdale. The only challenge we had was getting into the lock box. The code for it was not included in the email. Minor detail and we were able to guess what it was.

Most gorgeous property ever.
We love their stay. We like to convenience of everything that we had close by. When we could walk or take our car. It was our choice, the property that we stayed was absolutely beautiful. We looked everything about it. In fact we are now looking for a place Out there, we absolutely have been out to phoenix about 7 or 8 times but this time we just fell in love with it. I don't know if it was the quideness of war. We stayed or what it was, but it was absolutely gorgeous. The condominium that we rented was one of the best ones at least had so far everybody there was very helpful. I really wish we did not have to come back.

Great condo as "home base" while staying in Scottsdale
We were visiting family in the Scottsdale area and needed a place to stay during a busy trip. We loved the fact that the condo was convenient, was stocked with the basics and was very clean. It's not overly "decorated" or upscale, but that was fine for this type of a trip. The condo was not our "destination", a family visit was our purpose. Would definatly stay there again! Host was responsive and well organized!

The communication with the property manager was excellent. Peggy responded to all our questions before during and after our stay promptly. Two big bedrooms with baths. Fully stocked kitchen and big living room. Temp was perfect. Too hot to use the pool. Very clean AMD well appointed. The only improvement we want is grab bars in the showers and faster Internet speck on TV streaming was behind the lips moving. Will stay there again

Wonderful property!
Such a great space and complex. While the temp was 110+ during our stay, we very much enjoyed all the place had to offer. We appreciated that the pool wasn’t crowded and there were even some noodles in the condo for us to use. We had forgotten a few things; bandaids and conditioner, and found everything we needed and then some. We struggled to find the condo to start as we turned the wrong way driving in, but there were extremely friendly neighbors who helped us to locate it. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in the Scottsdale area for six days. We we’re minutes from anywhere while staying at Peggy’s place. It’s clean, has everything we needed and Peggy was available within minutes with any needs we had. Easy to park a vehicle in covered spot with entrance to unit steps away. I would stay again without any hesitation.
