Exciting news! Brand new pool and water feature are now complete! The new pickleball court opens July 2023! This high end, centrally located, 5400 square foot luxury home with lots of amenities has something for everyone! Outdoor fun begins with pickleball, volleyball, basketball, cornhole, ping pong, horseshoes, and bocce ball. Take a break for some outdoor dining cooked on the gas barbecue grill. Then relax by the fire pit, or maybe take a dip in the 6 person hot tub. The fun continues indoors with billiards, foosball, and poker. Then sit back in front one of the flat screens for the big game or movie night. The foodies in the group won’t be disappointed with the enormous, well appointed kitchen. We had a joint bachelor/bachelorette party here and the location was perfect! The outdoor space is amazing and all our guests enjoyed the different options. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Great Place for Large Groups
Any time you’re traveling with a large group (16 15 yr old soccer players) you have to have things to keep them occupied. This place was perfect!! Between the hot tub, pool, pool table, & pickleball courts the boys never got bored and had a great time!! Will definitely try to get this place the next time we are in Mesa.

Huge nice property so much to do!!
We stayed during the waste management open. The weather was a little rough, but nothing you can do about that. Being trapped at the house was made a lot better by the amazing amount of activities and games that we could play. We had a great time. The hot tub was nice when it got cold! Would definitely stay again.

AMAZING stay!
This house is perfect for large groups who love to have plenty of options for activities! Everything was working great and in good condition, and the owner was extremely helpful and invested in making sure your stay is excellent. And huge bonus -- the beds are INCREDIBLY comfortable! Our guests were peeking under the super soft sheets to check mattress tags so they could buy one for themselves! Definitely made the stay that much better. The amazing house, lovely owner, and convenient location are all reasons we will be returning for another stay -- and you should too!

Amazing home in great location!
We had 23 women stay for a family get together and everyone had plenty of space with room to spare! Very clean & simple. I would highly recommend staying at this Vrbo. The owner was super personal and checked in to see if there was anything we needed.

Scott was extremely responsive! The ping pong table, pickle ball court and pool table were the favorites. There were activities for everyone and space to spread out. The kitchen is nice and large. This house was perfect for our extended family. Lots of great hiking near by, too. Thank you, Scott!

Six bedroom home.
This is a six bedroom house, not seven as listed. It worked for us because there are beds in the closet of the master. The owner is very easy to work with, and responded quickly to texts. We had a great time!

Absolutely best stay
Scott is one of the best hosts we have ever had the please to work with. We travel a lot. The house was beautifully furnished with plenty of space for our 12. Everyone had their own bed and lots of bathroom space. There was plenty of things to entertain our business guests like pool and ping pong tables. perfect place for a precessional gathering. Scott was incredibly easy to work with. He provided extra towels repair things. Even when we left something he went out of his way to get it back to us. Would love to stay here again.

Host with the Most
Prior to checking in I knew Scott was a great host. He is very attentive and truly cares about his guest’s experience at his amazing house. When we checked in he greeted us at the house and went through all pertinent information with us as we toured around with him. When I said the house was amazing, I mean it is AMAZING! He has thought of everything to make your stay memorable. We were a group of 4 couples and had so much fun playing basketball, pickleball, volleyball, corn hole, having putting contests on the golf green, pool time and relaxing in the hot tub. Every night was spent visiting around the fire table. We ate all our meals at the house because the kitchen had everything we needed and there was a great bbq on the patio and plenty of seating for the 8 of us. No need to leave. We have rented many houses over the years from VRBO. We highly recommend this property and have no doubt the house and Scott will make your stay equally as memorable.

Great Family Reunion
I have a large family and we needed a place for those coming from out of town to sleep and a place for everyone to gather so we could talk, play games, and eat. This house was wonderful! The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. It was beautifully furnished. The common areas had plenty of space for gathering and playing games (we love board and card games). There were three large dining room tables and we added folding chairs and seated even more. The pool table and Foosball were in almost constant use! There was space for toys for the little ones, without everyone tripping over them. The kitchen was large and had the basics for cooking and serving, including a gas stove and double ovens. The fridge was extra large, which was helpful for holding food for a lot of people. The yard is large and completely fenced with grass to play on (though it rained a lot while we were there). Outside there is a grill and fire pit and hot tub and ping pong and corn hole and a treadmill and elliptical machine. There was so much to keep everyone entertained! There is plenty of parking, though we ended up parking where the basketball hoop was and couldn't use that. It is located right on a main road, so it is convenient to find, but we weren't bothered by traffic noise. There were extra mattresses and air mattresses and extra pillows and bedding which was wonderful because some of the local cousins wanted to join the "sleep over fun" with their out of town cousins. Scott was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly and was very helpful and accommodating, even late into the evening when we were trying to figure out the wifi password for the 2.4 network (the bably monitor couldn't use the 5.0 one). We couldn't ask for a better host! I highly recommend Scott and this house.

Thanksgiving and daughter's 40th with family
The home and entire outdoor activity area was fantastic. Scott, the host, couldn't have been any better. He is a #10 when it comes to being helpful, punctual, and ready to assist with anything needed! Our family had a blast at the pool, playing pickleball, putting, etc. Very nice golf courses within 15 minutes. We would stay there again for sure!

Luxury Home Away From Home!
No need to go anyplace else, this vrbo has it all. Rooms were spacious and activities were plentiful. For us, the pickle ball court saw the most action and was the site of a very energetic tournament. Kitchen set up allowed us to efficiently prepare food for our large group. Scott was always responsive and pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our time immensely.

Terrific Reunion House
We held a long overdue cousin reunion at the house, and it was, in every way, perfect for our gathering. So many recreational offerings on site that we didn't need to leave the house to find fun. We're already planning the next reunion and we've all agreed this is the place we'll rent for that one, too!
