Space:

This is such a great split floor plan! The master suite has a king size bed, sofa sleeper and treadmill. Two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house, with the living, kitchen and game rooms in the middle. The Casita is detached and has a private entrance. It features a king size bed, full private bath and large closet. This home is nestled in the Talon Golf Course Community with the golf course all around.  There are also trails for walking/riding and you can easily bicycle to restaurants and grocery stores.  The house is fully loaded with all the household items you could want to make your self at home whether you are cooking a light meal or having a large dinner.  The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc.  Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, linens, bath towels, and pool towels are also provided. Outdoors you will find a basketball court, putting green, hot tub, pool, BBQ, Bicycles, and patio all for guest use! Your own private resort.

Transit:

You will want a car to get around, but everything is very close and convenient.  Just minutes from shopping and dining, golf courses surround the area.  A couple of minutes to the 101 freeway where you can head south to the Casino's, Stadiums, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping and dining corridors and Old Town with Art Galleries, Fashion Square and great bars and restaurants.  This is also very close to several hiking trails.  The Gateway loop and others are within five minutes by car. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 30-40 minutes depending on time of day and traffic.

HOUSE RULES:

Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.

Guest registration required - Name of each Adult guest required for gate. Guard Gated Community.

Quiet Hours 9 pm to 9 am Please be considerate of our neighbors.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house.

Children must be supervised at all times. Pool gate must be closed when children under six are at the property.

Pool heat is an additional charge, $50 per night, contact host to arrange.

Do not remove pool fence without permission, $150 charge to take down.

DO NOT Touch Pool Equipment. $500 Fine charged for tampering with pool equipment.

No Smoking Allowed.

No Parking in the street.

BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.

Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the trash cans must be removed by guests. A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if excess trash has not been removed.

Perfect North Scottsdale House!
I stayed at this property with my husband and two teenagers. This was a perfect house, providing us with enough space to spread out, activities for everyone (my son loved the basketball court!), and anything you could ever want. It's in a great location - 10-15 min away from Kierland), close access to the highway, quiet gated neighborhood. The bed in the master bedroom is super soft, which I loved. Check in process was seamless and the hosts were in contact regularly to ensure our stay was perfect. Great house - would stay here again!

Beautiful, Quiet Getaway
The large home is lovely and in a great private neighborhood. It is well stocked and there was plenty of room for us. It is close to the Mayo Clinic Hospital, lots of restaurants and shopping. The sport court and pool were two big pluses for my son. The management team was available and easily reached for a few extra needs that arose. Although this wasn't a pleasure stay, my husband was recovering from a hospital stay, we enjoyed the property and would love to come back under different circumstances. :)

We will definitely be booking this home again. The house was a perfect size — large enough to feel like you had your own space yet cozyat the same time. The amenities were all as-promised and the location was great. The house was well fitted with good furniture, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitched that allowed cooking large meals. Property management was communicative although we had no problems so it was really just around check in and check out. Im sure if an issue had arisen they would have been on top of it. The one time I messaged them they got back to me within a few minutes.

Scottsdale Get Away
My husband and I rented this home along with our teen daughter and her friend. We visited the Barrett Jackson auction which was a short 5 min drive away. The girls toured ASU campus. The home was amazing. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature. The home supplied balls to play games with outside and bikes to ride. We rode to a fun restaurant set on the golf course (Isabella's kitchen) The beds were super comfortable. We loved all the little thoughtful amenities. Chocolate treats on all the beds, coffee pods and all the fixings for coffee in the morning, small treats in the kitchen to snack on. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are actually looking into purchasing a home in Arizona. We would definitely go back to this home to stay again. Thank you for making this such a wonderful get-away.

The house is nice but don't count on the advertised pool and hot tub. We paid for the pool to be heated but the water was not even close to being warm enough to use. The hot tub worked for an hour then shut off and they refused to fix it.

Not as well kept up as we expected. TV's were a mess. Called for help, told to go watch a YouTube. Never could get the big TV in the main room to work. Not user friendly. Hot tub has no cover holder, have to wrestle the cover off the tub and slide onto the ground. Really hard to get cover back on. Controls are in the back and no light back there, stairs are in the front - you have to walk around in the dark on the ground were the scorpions live. Terrible setup. Would not recommend this home.

Paradise!
This place was truly a small slice of paradise. Words cannot describe what a wonderful house this was and better than what was in the photos. We stayed here with our adult children and grandson. This house was huge and provided more than enough room for everyone and amenities as well. The configuration of this place worked perfect for us. Our daughter, her husband and 6 month old grandson stayed in one side of the house in the enormous master bedroom (had two huge walking closets, large walk in shower, soaker tub (with flat screen tv) and double sinks. There was a high chair and port-a-crib in one of the master closets that worked perfect for our grandson. Next to the master bedroom was a huge foyer, good size sitting room (with flat screen tv), large living room and kitchen overlooking the pool and half size basketball court (with a large wire basket filled with basketballs) which was well used by our group.. On the other side of the house was two additional bedrooms (both very large with big closets) and large bathroom with double sinks. Outside the house (by a few steps) was a small casita with large bathroom, closets, bedroom, desks, etc which our adult son really enjoyed. Wifi worked well throughout this property and our son-in-law loved that there was 3 flat screens in the living room (1 large tv on top with 2 smaller tv below). This was a sports enthusiastic dream, he was able to enjoy 3 different sports games as once. This place was fully equipped, had everything we needed and was close to stores and restaurants. The house is in a gated community but the access to/from was easy. We had a few friends visit and it was simple to call the guard gate and have their names listed so they could enter the community. This is a Must Stay Here place when we return to Arizona.

this vacation rental was by far the best one we’ve ever rented the house were amazing. They thought of everything they were worked with us on anything that we needed. They extended our stay no problem if you have any decision between this and another one, choose this one it’s literally so nice. The pool, the putting green, the food the hot tub. The comfort of the beds was unmatched super super cozy. The master bedroom was amazing the Casita fabulous the extra rooms all nice they had mostly anything you could think of that you needed in the kitchen it was just absolutely a wonderful vacation.
