Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. With 9 attendees, the space was ideal for our needs, and the conference room setup worked perfectly. We also loved the range of amenities available, including a game room, poker room, a movie theatre/stage, as well as ping pong and billiard tables, which provided some great entertainment during our downtime. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the impressive pool area, I can easily see it being a fantastic spot for family gatherings. I highly recommend this venue!

The home was spacious, clean, and decorated beautifully. The Director of Operations, Ashley, greeted us at the home when we arrived and gave us a detailed tour of the property. With a main house, a guest house, and a pool house...this property is perfect for family or corporate stays. Thank you again for a wonderful home and customer service!

This was a seamless experience. The property management worked with me and communicated the entire time. The property was stunning. The property is better in person than it appears online. I brought my three kids and they loved it as well. The gate around the pool gave us peace of mind since our kids are young.

Amazing property
We all had an amazing time at this property and look forward to getting back in the future. Our only issue was that we could not use the pool as much as we wanted because we had some trouble with the pool heating. The customer service was very responsive and cordial, it just took a few attempts to ultimately get it fixed. Overall, we had an amazing time at this property.

Lazy River Amazing!
This property is amazing! It was perfect for my family gathering and gave us so much to do we never had to leave. The pool is top notch and the lazy river was a huge hit. The accommodations are so far beyond expectations- what a special place! Big thank you to the most amazing Property management team I have ever worked with. Unparalleled customer service and super accommodating. So responsive and followed through with everything - It would not have come together without them!! A couple of the guys in the group are extremely well traveled and almost exclusively travel on their private jet around the world, and even they were blown away. They were taking pictures and videos of the house and grounds. If you can manage to swing it...stay at Hozho Main Estate!

The property and houses were lovely. They were clean and accomodated our large group. We were extemely disappointed to pay and extra $500 fee for an early check in and were told the pool, lazy river and spa would be heated by noon. The pool, lazy river and spa were cold when we arrived and not swimmable until 24 hours later. We asked for a $500 refund for the early check in fee and did not get it. We decided on this property because of the pool and lazy river! We would not return again.

A home fit for Royalty

There was space inside for the grandparents who had elevator access if they needed it. The kitchen off of the pool allowed us to use the smoker and grill and set up evening dinners where we had space to all eat together ... we had morning breakfast and coffee every morning in the main house . The decor was completely updated and all so clean. Everything was extremely high end gorgeous! Everyone loved the pool, especially the lazy river. Key travel was spot on with our grocery order as well as a cupcake delivery for a 7th birthday celebration. I would highly recommend staying at the HOzho main house... we are already talking about coming back again.

This property is very well maintained and was spotless when we checked in. We had one issue where a guest locked themselves out of their bedroom. Upon contacting the property management company they responded within one minute and sent someone who was over to let our guest in their bedroom within 1 hour.
