Love Your Privacy -- The Whole House In La Jolla Village Is Yours!!

Welcome home! If you love privacy - the whole house is yours!! 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 1466 SF. Bright and spacious family room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom is large and relaxing with HD Smart TV. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have comfy queen beds and Higg Speed WiFi. The grassy back yard is inviting to kids, pets or to simply take in some Arizona sun. Close to shopping, dining, sporting events and cultural events.

This home is an exclusive use property - not our Residence. Spread everyone out among the 3 bedrooms. Tile throughout the house, except for brand new carpet in all bedrooms. Freshly painted and ready to impress. Comfortable, high quality leather sofa and loveseat in the living room invite relaxing. Dinnerware for 6 and a full kitchen. Crock pot available upon request. Walk in shower plus separate tub in Master BR. Tub/Shower in guest bath.

The garage is not included since it is where we store the cleaning and guest supplies.
There are two parking spots in the driveway. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Large HD TV with Cable in living room and Master bedroom. HD Smart TV in master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, glass top stove.

NOTICE: To use the clubhouse, pools, gym, etc.

A ONE-TIME fee of $125 allows access to the facilities to EVERYONE in your party for THE DURATION of your stay with us.

Everyone is loves the clubhouse. It includes a Jr. Olympic pool and sandy beach pool with outdoor volleyball, 7 Tennis courts, 2 glass-wall racquetball courts, weight room, cardio/aerobic room, and more

If you are going to want to use the Clubhouse amenities, please let us know so we can have the paperwork ready for you. The paperwork will be in the back cover of the House Manual. You pay the one-time fee of $125 directly to the clubhouse and that give everyone in your party plus guests access for the duration of your visit.

Good place to stay for a week
Visited grandparent's the house was nice and close. We 4 were pretty comfy. Some of the pictures of the rooms were different than advertised but they just need to be updated. No longer any wood floors all tile. Guesst beds Im told are a bit stiff but i really liked the bed in the main bedroom.

great property and value
Property was very clean. Beds and furniture were comfortable. There were extra blankets and towels available. The property is a little worn, but very clean, and the rental price was really reasonable. Owner Kevin answered all questions before our arrival. He also left detailed instructions where to find grocery stores and a favorite restaurant. Light switches are all marked with light or fan they control - a plus when you aren't familiar with a property. Coffee pot is drip - bring your own ground coffee. One packet is provided until you make it to the store. Extra coffee filters are also in the cupboard. Do note that the front door is actually on the left side of the property inside the fence. (We arrived late at night and had to locate in the dark.) There is plenty of space to move around furniture and in and out of rooms, in case someone has mobility issues. We felt like the area was very safe. Check in and out was easy. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, great location, loved that everything was labeled was very helpful. Owner was very responsive and communicated very well. The house was exactly as advertised. Brought our daughter down to college, will be back once her soccer season starts!

Nice Stay
It was a nice stay. The only thing that was really a nuisance was the road work on the street and surroundings. The outside patio was not very appealing. Chairs had bird droppings. But I did stay at the very hot season of the year.

Fabulous house with everything you could ask for
We really enjoyed our stay in the Val Vista lakes community. The house is wonderful with lots of little extras to make us feel very comfortable. Lots of space to feel at home. We signed up to use the Val Vista lakes clubhouse and enjoyed swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. The location is excellent for access to the bike/walking trail system in Gilbert. When we are back in the area, we would love to stay here again.

Great Location
Pros: This location was amazing perfect spot for us, lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The home was very clean and the Property Management was great to work with, they were fast at responding and helpful. Kitchen was stocked well, we wish there was a Keurig type of coffee maker (instead of drip), and we could have used a grater. Cons: The mattresses in all three bedrooms are old, if you have any back issues you'll have a hard time with the beds. It is time for them to be replaced. The bedding also, seemed old and warn out, and the nice bedspreads and duvet in the pictures was not was we had.

Best VRBO I ever stayed
The home was clean and well stocked with the necessities of life. The host, Kevin and I assume his better half are the best. The location was the perfect spot for our getting around town and visiting family. Their restaurant recommendations are spot on and we used them with confidence. Home away from home
The owner of the property responded quickly to all questions/comments/concerns. He was very helpful in guidance as to which direction certain places were. Centrally located in town. The house was very clean and solid bones. Very quiet neighborhood. The house has basic things needed to stay for a short or long term. The rental price was reasonable as well. King size bed in master with large master bath, queen in 2nd room, double bed in 3rd room and a blow up mattress for two. Oh the backyard has a tall privacy fence, nice size backyard, bbq grill. The backyard covered patio has table and chairs to sit at with a twirling fan above...perfect for sitting and playing cards. We highly recommend renting this house! Just take good care of it and the furnishings so others may enjoy and experience the same homey atmosphere!!!

The house was very nice. Location was great. Having the use of the clubhouse and all of its facilities was especially good. Actually the main reason we chose this property to rent. Two constructive criticisms. My wife and I are both good cooks. For us the kitchen could have been better equipped. More pots and pans, more dishes and silverware. We left the house for 2 nights. I unintentionally left the heat on because we had some very cool overnight outside temperatures. Received a text from the owner who told me he heard the heating system running so he went in the house and turned it off. We DIDN’T appreciate the owner entering the house when we weren’t there. It was not an emergency situation. We paid the rent which included HVAC.

Easy come and go. Clean! Did not see one Arizona bug! Very spacious and quiet. Owners are just a call away. Would highly recommend this place. The club house is beautiful if your looking for a pool. WiFi and TV had good connections.
