GAS-HEATED POOL AND SPA!

The heated pool rate is an extra $65 per night and the pool will be heated to 87 degrees throughout your stay. Pool heat is optional. Spa heat is always included. Please inquire upon booking.

Now, this is an unforgettable executive house with every amenity you can dream of. Perfect for the entire family or a group of friends with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including 5 beds and sleeping up to 9. The location is superb with golf and shopping nearby. Super contemporary with everything up to date. Step inside the great room and enjoy reclining furniture as you watch the massive TV hanging on the dramatic feature wall. The impressive open-concept kitchen has an island that is perfect for entertaining and for extra seating. The dining room comfortably seats 8 with gorgeous garden views. This home boasts the popular split floor plan with the master suite on one side of the home and two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath and one even with an en-suite bath. The Master Suite is true luxury with a super-sized room including a king bed, tv, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. Sleep even more with the convertible office complete with a working desk and two bunk beds and a pull-out sofa in the Master.

The backyard oasis is where all your living will be done. Dining, Fire Pit, Large Salt Water Pool and Spa. It is North facing and very private for you when barbequing, watching the game on your outdoor flat screen, sunbathing or just relaxing with your favorite bottle of wine. If you like grapefruit, lemons, oranges or cumquats, you can enjoy them both on the property when in harvest season. This place has a calming vibe and is a relaxing luxury vacation rental home property.

There is cable TV with live sports, superfast wifi, reverse osmosis system, and a water softener too. 2 car garage is available. 3rd garage bay is for the owner—plenty of parking.

Queen Creek is an up and coming area with new things always being added. The area has tons of dining, shopping, golf and outdoor activities, including San Tan Mountain Regional Park, The Queen Creek Olive Mill, Mansel Carter Oasis Park, Schnepf Farms, San Tan Flat Restaurant, Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Center, FatCats Family Entertainment and the San Tan Mountain Casino.

SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

City Code Enforcement:

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.

Wonderful Stay
We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. This house is even better in person! It was a great space for our family and grandparents to stay together. The neighborhood was peaceful and the communication with the property manager was great. We would stay here again.

4 of us, who grew up on the same street in IL gathered after 48 years!! It was a perfect place to reconnect, reminisce and enjoy. Plenty of places close for food. The house is really big and has very comfortable feel to it. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! Thanks for the great experience!!

Great House and Location!
The house and our stay were great! The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need including pots/pans, linens, bedding, pillows, etc. There are 1 king master bed, 2 queen beds (seemed small and kings would’ve been more beneficial with a larger group) and an office with twin bunk beds. The place has an open plan which is awesome. The pool, spa and back patio were awesome too! The fireplace is old and temperamental and will cut out while on which was annoying. The spa took about an hour to heat up to temp in the evenings which was ok but is also outdated a little, but I was fine. We did not pay to heat the pool but still managed to go in 1 day. The Master bed needs to be replaced because it was very sunken in and bumpy, I had to put pillows under the mattress to help. The neighborhood was very nice and was very safe area with plenty of business and food places around. We highly recommend the San Tan Flats to eat dinner!!! We also recommend using Superior UTV rentals and take a day trip into the Tonto National Forest it was a blast!! Communications with Arizona Elite Properties was not fantastic; they took a day to get back to any questions and most of the time was not helpful in their response as a normal homeowner would be. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return and stay here again!!!! Queen Creek was a fantastic place to be in December!!

Very Nice
Thanks for the excellent stay. Exceeded expectations, the size and space were laid out nicely. Great place to escape the SD weather, enjoy the holidays and be outside. We had a few trips to nearby San Tan mnts for hikes. We also enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and the fresh oranges from the trees. Would definitely come back.
