This home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great views, hiking, pool, and hot tub. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and had someone out the next day if we needed something fixed. The neighbors were very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend!!

This home checks all the boxes and had a few nice surprises as well! From the moment you walk in it’s impressive! Nicer than the pictures can convey. Reclining sofa and chairs, well stocked kitchen, cookware - even Tupperware for leftovers!! We prepared several meals during our stay and had no issues with not having proper anything! All the beds are comfortable and bedrooms tastefully decorated. Nice pillows too! The 3 full baths were very nice to have as well! The backyard, patio, outdoor kitchen and, of course pool, were exceptional. The misters are a definite benefit! The jacuzzi was clean and a nice spot on our late nights with soft music and conversation. We had such a good time - we extended our stay 2 more days- we didn’t want to leave!!! The owners were super sweet, communicative and gracious. Will definitely book this property again without hesitation and so should you!

Annual golf trip
The home is better than advertised! Fantastic accommodations that made the golf trip where we played all 4 rounds at WeKoPa the best ever! We will definitely be back. Jake is an awesome host and the process was seamless!

Perfect Vacation House
This rental had everything we were looking for. The pool was great. There was lots of outdoor seating. It was easy to spend hours at a time outside. There are misters to help keep cool if you like. The view from the back yard is also beautiful - way nicer than staying in a cul-de-sac and staring at the neighbours. The grill in the backyard worked well, but was difficult to use if it was windy and often blew out. The kitchen was very well stocked - lots of pots and pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups - everything you might need. Living room furniture is comfy. Nice televisions in every room. We found the beds very comfortable. The location is excellent if you want a spot to get away and relax. Safeway is a very short drive. Everything you need can be found in Fountain Hills. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a breeze, the house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family. Jake was very responsive with any questions we had. We loved staying at this home. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was beautiful and clean and had plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family. The kitchen was large and stocked which was great because we like to cook. The pool table, pool, hot tub, and putting green made the stay so fun for us all. We would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about this house. The beds were comfortable. The view is amazing. Feels private. Neighbors are nice. Floorplan has great flow for entertaining. We stayed there for Christmas and hope to come back again sometime. Host was very responsive and even decorated the house for the hoiday. Which was a welcomed surprise.

The property was perfect and beautiful and had all the amenities you would ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the outdoor patio and area…the gorgeous pool, putting green and especially the hot tub (even in August) ! The sunrises over the mountains were breathtaking. We even took a trip to the Grand Canyon (4 hrs) and Sedona (2 hrs). The property was in a perfect location and close to the grocery store and restaurants. We really stumbled on a great property and couldn’t be happier with our selection !

The house was perfect for our annual family golf vacation. The outdoor space with the pool and covered patio was ideal for relaxing after a round of golf at one one the many premium golf courses in the area. The restaurants in Fountain Hills were great and a trip to Carefree for dinner and the Worlds Largest Sundial are a must.
