The rooms were perfect but the staff was nothing less than amazing. We were 15 to 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do and the staff was very knowledgeable about the area. What we underestimated was Lon's (the on site resturant). We could had enjoy 3 meals a day!! We had a late flight and they let us use the grounds till it was time to head to the airport. A first class experience all round!!

The staff was plentiful and attentive! The areas lacking attention were cleanliness of the room (rug) and the bar. The cold water in 132 did not work and the furnishings were run down and dusty in the bar area.

The Hermosa Inn is a first class establishment. We were treated like royalty our entire stay. The dining experience at Lon’s was the best we have ever had! The Inn in smaller with wonderful casitas and lovely fireplaces. The grounds are beautiful with access the everything! The pool and jacuzzi are open 24 hours a day! Our stay was wonderful!

Hermosa Inn was wonderful!
Jennifer was amazing. She was at that time the restaurant manager. A couple of glitches happened during our first evening at the restaurant but Jennifer made everything right and went out of her way to make us feel special and cared for. Above and beyond really. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.
