The condo is located in the sought after "Signature" complex of north Scottsdale. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath, walk-in closet and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers a Queen bed and TV w/ walk-in closet. The living area also offers a sleeper sofa and another large TV which opens to the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in unit. All TV's are Smart TV's and cable as well.

The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

You will find Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts and a Park just around the corner, walking distance at "Horizon Park"!

great location
The location was excellent. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. What was even better than that was the hikes that were within 10 minutes. It was hot so we had to be at the trail by 5:45. Most of the trails we hiked were 10 min away.

This was our second visit to this complex, different unit. We chose to come back because of the convenient location and community amenities. The property is as pictured and generally accurately described. The kitchen is adequately stocked assuming you aren't preparing any complicated meals. The property manager was very helpful and responsive, including in procuring additional kitchen items we thought were lacking. Easy check in/out. Bathroom could use a little updating. Would be helpful to have more than one pool card available since you need it to get into any of the community facilities. But no issues with recommending this unit or property manager.

A bright, spacious apartment and quiet too considering the busy corner the property is located on.. Very comfortable for two to four people. The property manager was very responsive. Close to the McDowell Mountains with great hiking very nearby.

Well appointed condo
Property is nice, quiet and functional. Close to shops and restaurants as well as trailheads. The association hot tub needed cleaning, we could not use it. We were also asked to put the towels in the washing machine and start the washing cycle before checking out. Same for any used dishes. Not sure why we have to do this as we paid a cleaning fee.

Fantastic Place
Condo was in a beautiful area of North Scottsdale. Gorgeous complex with well-manicured outside areas. Awesome gated pool area with several new built-in grills to use. We felt very safe. Inside of condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated, had well-stocked kitchen items, nice fireplace, and a balcony off of the living room with another balcony entrance off of the master. Perfect for two couples, which is what we used it for. Great location - close to Starbucks, Safeway Grocery, TJ Maxx, etc. Perfect “home base” for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc. Wes the property manager was great to deal with. Absolutely and highly recommend.

Property managers where over the top accommodating for me and my family. Location was perfect for North Scottsdale, will definitely look at this property again. For the owner, only thing I would add to the property would be a small desk for remote workers, but we were able to make it work. Thank you.

Wonderful place!
The place we usually stay was booked so we chose this one instead. It’s in a great area. We were able to walk to AJ’s every day for groceries, drinks, etc. the condo was immaculate! It was too cool to swim, but the pool areas were beautiful. There are nice grills and tables available for making meals poolside. We’d definitely stay here again! Property manager was great!

Nice location but not equipped for cooking and serving meals
To be somewhat fair to the owners this property was first listed without any information as to furniture, kitchen equipment, amenities etc.. as it had apparently recently turned over. Nonetheless, when we arrived we looked through the kitchen and noticed a complete lack of serving pieces and trivets to protect the dining table. The rest of the kitchen equipment was mediocre at best. We "made due" but when we contacted the property manager he told us the missing items were "in the unit" but we looked everywhere and they were not. A more annoying event took place two days into our stay when the garbage disposal clogged resulting in our inability to run the dishwasher. The problem was not fixed until we left so for the last two days of our stay we had to hand wash all of the dishes, pots, flatware etc etc.. We requested some compensation for this major inconvenience but the property manager said "we had put inappropriate material down the disposal" (we had put carrot peels and some coffee grounds down - should have been no problem). So, despite the nice location of this unit we can not give it a good review. Hopefully, the owners will adequately equip the unit for future renters and perhaps install a new disposer that can handle normal cooking refuse.
