Nice, quiet neighborhood. Convenient kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Coffee provided, including sugar, etc. and basics such as salt and pepper. Grapefruit from the backyard tree for breakfast; lemons for drinking water or cooking. Murphy bed was comfortable and easy to operate. Shower was spacious, clean, and attractive. I was without a car the first day, but there is a large grocery store about a 20-minute walk away and several eateries even closer. There are two large, friendly dogs that love to be petted, but you could ignore them if you do not like dogs. Barbara was very helpful, especially when I mistook the heater for an AC unit and so could not figure out how to turn the heat on. When I had problems with the TV remote, Barbara bought a new remote. Internet connection was very good. This was a very nice break from chain hotels and expensive resorts!
