When you walk in you’ll appreciate this comfortable and beautifully updated home with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. Take in a movie or watch the game in the family room with 80” TV. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for 6 or eat at the sofa table with two bar stools. You’ll love cooking in this bright, open kitchen with white cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. When you’re ready for some competition, head to the game room with regulation size air hockey table and foosball table. Don’t forget to snap a pic at one of the Instagrammable walls.

When you head upstairs, you’ll be ready to relax in your King bedroom suite with TV and custom ensuite bathroom rainfall shower and two sinks. You’ll love the serene BoHo second bedroom with Queen bed and your own TV. You’ll fall in love with the third bedroom with safari theme, including a twin bed with twin trundle and TV. A Rollaway bed and pack-and-play are also available for your convenience.

Head to the backyard to take a dip in the beautiful heated backyard pool (no additional charge for heating) or practice on the putting green before you hit one of our many local courses. The backyard has a patio set and chaise lounges so you can soak up the sun or just enjoy a glass of wine in the gorgeous Arizona weather.

Peaceful Retreat
This was a great place to stay! The kids had an awesome time in the pool and it was a very nice neighborhood, lots of things nearby. The host was very accommodating, we would love to stay again.

Great location and pool
Great access to everywhere you need to go in the area. Great pool area and lots of fun little stuff such as mini golf, air hockey and lots of board games. Good communication with manager.

Great property
Great property in a nice neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the putting green, heated pool and game room. Kitchen had all the amenities you need, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer for laundry. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Home...Great Place to Stay!
Check in and check out was easy and great communication with the owner. The house was clean and the rooms were spacious. The pictures are just as the home appeared - very clean and well stocked kitchen. Convenient location - close to hiking trails.

Our family had a great four-night stay at this property. It is set up with everything that you need. Our teenaged kids especially loved the game room/air hockey! Location is also very convenient...especially for games, etc. at Bell Bank Park/Legacy Sports. We would definitely stay again if traveling to the Mesa area.

Our Arizona Getaway in Mesa
We came to Arizona for about a month to have a warm weather getaway. We couldn't be happier that we picked this property! Everything was exceptional from the host to the house, which was very neat and clean, had plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, great appliances, was a great location and a wonderful neighborhood. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Our first VRBO experience was amazing!
We loved everything about this stay! My kids asked all day, every day if we could live here! The pool was clean and warm. Everything was clean and in working order indoors and outdoors. We received quick responses from the host. Clear check in & check out instructions were provided. The house is near food, retail and entertainment but you wouldn’t even have to leave the house to have a great vacation.

This home is perfect - spotless ! Fully equipped spacious home with an awesome Putting green and heated pool. Just wish our schedules permitted us to hang out in front of the massive TV and spend more time in the game room.

We had the best stay in April 2023 at this home! It was clean and cool upon arrival. We accessed with a door code and garage door opener. So easy. The pool was warm and we loved the putting green. Just what we needed for our small group. Close to everything, many golf courses, restaurants, freeways. Perfect. The host was also very accommodating and quick to respond. We would rent again!

Clean and comfortable house, the boys enjoyed the game room and the putting green. The only thing missing was the swimming pool. The temp made swimming impossible. But I understand having the new heater. We would recommend this property.

Best VRBO Experience
I stayed three nights with my mom and two sisters. We loved the location and especially loved the house! Exactly as shown online and Marc, the host, was very quick in answering any questions I had. He even allowed us to check in a couple of hours early, which was perfect for us. My cousin and his family came over and we enjoyed cooking out with the provided grill and of course enjoyed the pool. The backyard is amazing, and perfect for hanging out! So many amenities in this house, and it is obvious the hosts put so much thought and care into making sure their guests feel like they are at home when staying there. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I rated the place a 3. The owner was amazing- great communication as needed and allowed us to check in early! Pool came heated without extra fees and stayed warm the entire stay. The putting green was very fun. The house appeared to have been recently updated with a nice game room for my 2 kids. Washer and dryer were amazing and new. Some small tips to add to improve would be more beach towels for the pool, extra fluffy blankets for the family room, and double check the house keeper checks everywhere. Overall, a good stay!

This was a great property. It is in a great location in the east valley. I was tempted to give it a bad rating so it would be available next time I come to town- but there’s nothing bad about this property. Everything was great and the manager was a great communicator too.

Great House for ALL!
We went down to AZ to visit family over Thanksgiving who live in Mesa and Gilbert mostly. Our kids 7 & 10 had a blast with air hockey, foosball and of course the pool. The pool was heated enough for us to swim early in the morning and even late at night. The put- put golf was a hit with our family as well. We had many tournaments on Thanksgiving with the family. It is also a good location, close to san tan shopping center and plenty of restaurants. I also appreciated how Marc was very responsive prior to our trip and during our stay. The welcome treats were a big plus for our kids and the best part is the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to host Thanksgiving. The pots, pans and appliances were all brand new and in great shape. We rent homes 2 times a year and never had such nice kitchen supplies as this house provided. Thank you Marc! I would highly recommend this rental if you are visiting Mesa or East Valley suburbs. We had a blast :)
