If you're a golfer! This is vacation for you. Multiple golf courses near you. Home is just 1 mile from Goodyear ballpark and a short drive to parks, museums, shopping, restaurants, the Wildlife World Zoo, South lake park, Estrella Mountain and Star tower!

Short drive to State Farm Stadium, Phoenix Raceway, and Luke’s Air Force Base.

Street parking is not allowed.

Guests have full access to my 2 car driveway and there's 1 parking space in garage. Uber/Lyfts are welcomed for transportation.

Pool is not heated

We have recently made a new change in pool companies to clean/balance the chemicals in the pool and hot tub

Garbage day is Thursday morning, if you can take out the trash the night prior that would be great. If you can also roll the bins back once the trash has been collected.

Assumption of Risk:
By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests.  You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.  

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
No smoking indoors. This will result in a $250 fine. No parties allowed. Please reach out with any questions regarding these rules.
