Gold Canyon Wonderland - A Spectacular Multi Million Dollar Estate

Sheltered from the Phoenix dust and California smog by the Superstition Mountains, our gated 10,000 sqft Spanish Colonial mansion is surrounded by 10 acres with an irrigated natural grass lawn and fenced dog park. Even during the winter, guests will enjoy a 50,000 GALLON, HEATED (NO EXTRA FEE) WATER PARK with 4 pools, spa, diving board, jet slide and a 1200 sqft pool house with full kitchen, outdoor grill, bar, bathroom, TV and fully integrated sound system.
The space
After meeting in the plush 12-seat dining room with crystal chandelier and 10’ marble table, guests will retire to a luxurious screening room, seating up to 20, projecting 4k video on a 151” screen with 2 side monitors, 16 speakers and a Sony Playstation. The estate has 5 bedrooms and 3 suites (two with Jacuzzies and private balconies), 3 grills and 6 gathering spaces. All 11 televisions feature Apple TV with access to two 1gb Mediacom wifi networks and a $100,000 security / pool / home automation system.
Guest access
Gold Canyon is 35 minutes and 1 traffic light from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport or 20 minutes (and 3 lights) from Mesa Gateway Airport. Low-density streets and 500' higher elevation than Phoenix entices walkers and joggers to our safe and clean neighborhoods. Four golf courses are within 15 minutes of our driveway. For shopping, Costco is 20 minutes away and the liquor store is 5 minutes. Emergency care is 5 minutes away, while world-famous hospitals of Banner MD Anderson and the Mayo Clinic are less than an hour distant.
Other things to note
A short-term vacation license agreement must be e-signed by the guest within 72 hrs of receipt. Weddings and other events can be accommodated for an additional Event Fee. However, either the guest or wedding planner must be local to the Phoenix area, in order to manage caterers, musicians and other subcontractors.

Great Management-Awesome backyard
House is HUGE. Certainly, dated but David who manages the home did an awesome job. The pool area is beyond awesome. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure we had an amazing time.

Great Stay at Casa Bougainvilla
This is second time we had the good fortune to rent and stay in this wonderful home. It has so much room and the best amenities! There are so many wonderful features to love about staying here. The gourmet kitchen with everything you might need, the theater room, which was wonderful to watch the Super Bowl in, comfy beds in all the rooms is just a start. This property is super close to some great golfing which all our men love. We absolutely adore the pool house with the fireplace, which is our favorite hangout spot on the property. Dave and Trish make sure you have plenty of paper products, trash bags and everything you might need for your stay. Not to mention they are only a phone call away to help answer questions and make sure your stay is fun and easy. Dr. Mawri was very accommodating, and we greatly appreciated the opportunity to rent his home. We can't recommend this property enough. We can't wait to go back next year.

Great Family Christmas
The mansion was a fun experience on all levels. The gourmet kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed taking turns making meals. The teenage girls appreciated their own bathrooms and everyone was allowed their own time in comfortable bedrooms. The grand room was a special place to spend Christmas Eve.. a Lutheran church was only minutes away. We cheered on the Mn Vikings, had a chic movie night and watched a fun Christmas movie in the cinema room. The pool is so beautiful! The view on top of the pool house was breathtaking!!! We had fiesta night and games including a beautiful yard for 🏈 . The grounds were beautiful. Thank you for a great memory for our family!

It's Like Having Your Own Resort!
My wife and friends spent a long weekend at Casa Bougainvillea and it was fantastic. The pool area is like having your own resort. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had everything we needed to make meals. Finally, the workout room and theater were amazing. Our host, Dave, was very helpful and was able to answer all question and help us with anything that we needed. I highly recommend Casa Bougainvillea and we hope to return soon.
