Gold Canyon Getaway with Heated Private Pool!

Get away from it all at this lovely home in the Sierra Vista gated community in the picturesque Gold Canyon! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a split master open floor plan stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook a meal and entertain friends or barbecue in the backyard while lounging by the heated pebble tec pool. Book a round of golf at one of Arizona's favorite courses at Dinosaur Mountain Golf Course. It's just a mile away! Take advantage of the many hiking trails available in the area, such as the Silly Mountain or the Lost Gold Mine Trails. The master has a King sized bed and the two secondary bedrooms both have Queen sized. High speed Internet Wi-Fi, antenna/streaming TV, and basic cable in master included.
Seasonal Rates Apply - 2 night minimum
Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee - $250
Security Deposit - $0 - $2000 depending on lenth of stay.
Pets considered with Lessor Approval and non-refundable pet fee $200.
Electricity capped at $100/mo for 30 day stays. 30+ Day stays, electric utility to be placed in residents name/financial responsibility.
​​​​​​​All other utilities included - water, sewer, trash, pool maintenance, seasonal pest control.
Pool may be heated by electricity at $50/day to temperture not to exceed 82 degrees. When uncovered, the pool will take approximately 4 hours to heat depending on the outdoor temperature. There is a pool cover that may be used help retain heat when pool is not in use.

Beautiful Gold Canyon
Great location, fun neighborhood restaurants and bars with live music. Well appointed kitchen with abundant kitchenware, games and supplies. Property manager very responsive. Comfortable bed. Easy to use TV's. The house is a little older so bathrooms small but fully functional. Lovely view of Superstition Men's and close to golf, Thank you so much!
