We have a private hot tub located on the rooftop balcony. And is only accessible by stairs on this property.

This was our second stay and the place was as good as we remember. The neighborhood is fun and has everything you need right out the front door. It was clean and comfortable, with the rooftop hot tub as the cherry on the top.

This is the second time we stayed at this property, and just like the first time, it didn't disappoint! We love the cleanliness, charm, and convenience of its location. Loved this neighborhood since it is so close to downtown Gilbert. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Beautiful Condo and the pool was wonderful, quiet and relaxing.

Sisters weekend
We wanted to get away to somewhere warm and chose Gilbert. We found the cutest place near the historic district and were extremely happy with our choice. It’s cute, perfect size and cheerful. Very nice features! I’d highly recommend this lovely house.

Perfect location to Downtown Gilbert.
Property was new, clean, and the listing was advertised. The two on-suite bedrooms here both spacious with walki-in in closets. We stayed for a month and having a nice washer and dryer was convenient The property was two blocks from the fun of downtown Gilbert. Our grandson visited for a couple days and the heated pool at the community was outside our door. Dean the manager was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a great time.

Perfect Location and Perfect Accommodations
We chose the condo for the location, close to the Heritage District. We walked to everything! Saturday Market, numerous restaurants and even antique shopping. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated, and provided everything we needed. Dean answered all of our questions promptly. Thanks so much!

Perfect Stay!
We could not have enjoyed this property more! The property was super clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with! Check in was a breeze and the welcome basket with smores kit was a nice touch! The whole stay was wonderful from The comfortable beds, to the amazing location steps from the Heritage district in Gilbert with amazing restaurants, to the pool and in and on. The highlight of this property was the rooftop hot tub which we enjoyed every evening. I could move in and never leave. You won’t regret booking this property!

Beautiful furnishings and comfortable bed. Needs curtains or black outs. Super bright in the room while the outside lights are all on. Very loud in the bedroom from people just talking at the pool. Could hear the hot tub run all night from the rooftop into the masted bedroom. The master bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. And the towels throughout were low quality.

Absolutely best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at
Best experience for a VRBO ever or at least almost ever. So clean and comfortable. Super close to downtown heritage district in Gilbert for great restaurants and bars. The pool and outdoor spaces and indoor/outdoor living were perfect! They even had a welcome basket with toiletries you may have forgotten, s’mores kit, and welcome to Gilbert book. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Loved it!
Comfortable beds. Nice to have laundry and a garage. Walk to downtown. Would be great to stay here when the weather is nice and enjoy the outdoor areas. Would recommend and 100% stay again!

Brand new condo near downtown amenities
This is an immaculate, new place with a dual master setup, all high-end furnishings, and a nice rooftop deck with hot tub. We appreciated the 2 car garage for car and bikes, and the short walk to downtown Gilbert restaurants. However, after selecting this place with VRBO, I was required to give a large deposit, or pay for insurance. The only other issue was that the manual mentioned having access to Cox cable, and while it doesn't, the owner was responsive to queries and provided an alternative. Would stay here again.
