A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. Pool heating is optional (as it is with most rentals) and available for $65/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 1st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, immaculate home. The location was perfect… close to Old Town and Fashion Square. My friends and I highly recommend drinks and music at the Rusty Spur, dinner at Positinos, and a visit to Butterfly Wonderland

The property was in great condition and perfect for our girls trip! The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped with kitchen accessories for cooking. We loved the pool and backyard area and there were even a bunch of fun pool floaties and a pump available for use! Location was perfect (about 5-10 min uber to old town). Would definitely stay again!

7 of us stayed at the house for three nights in May. It was very conveniently located and the house was very clean and comfortable. It's laid out very well for guests and the outside area with the pool and patio furniture are perfect for lounging and relaxing. We loved it!

We were extremely pleased with this property. We were a group of two adults and four older teenagers. Plenty of room to spread out and the yard was amazing. Very well equipped kitchen. Great communication with host and nice central location.

Fabulous back yard
The house was great for our family of 8. The backyard was spectacular and kept all of us entertained for hours. The pool is a great size and the heated water was an added bonus for the spring weather. The house is about a half mile from a park that connects to a bike path, which was great for all of the runners in our family. Overall great experience.

We loved our stay here. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is very close to the grocery store and dining. The best part about this property is the attention to detail. The owners have thought of everything! From having games for all ages, to a very well equipped kitchen, fans, many yard games and activities, luggage racks and enough hangers and towel. The attention to detail made our stay very comfortable. Would stay again.

Absolutely perfect property very close to Old Scottsdale. The owner thought of everything to make this property home away from home! Our favorite part of the house was the backyard-the pool, green area, sitting area made is easy to enjoy the beautiful weather and a place to relax after hikes and shopping. it was beautifully decorated, beds were super comfortable and plenty of room for 6 of us. Owner was great to communicate with readily available if needed. we will definitely be back!

We came into town for our HS boys basketball tournament and chose this home due to its location and how lovely it looked for our time in between games. It did not disappoint! Second year in a row we stayed here in March. 3 generations from California and the Midwest. Paid to heat the pool which was a blast for my grandson. 30-minute walk to ballpark and Old Town Scottsdale, which allows me to skip the 4-day car rental (yike$). We look forward to returning in the future.

Upper scale/super family friendly/quiet place with convenient access to everything in the old town
We had a short two night stay in this place during our road trip in the south west part of the country with kids and grandparents. We really loved this place, the description in the property is pretty much telling everything about it. I really liked the design and decoration of this house and the whole place is well maintained and super clean. My daughter really enjoyed playing the mini golf with me. Tried a couple of restaurants recommended by the owner, very authentic Mexican food. We loved the trip to the nearby desert botanical garden. The only thing I missed is to stay longer and spend more time in the backyard. Perhaps save this for my next trip to this area.

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Communication was top notch from the moment I inquired about the property. Every single little detail has been thought about with guests in mind and the willingness to go above and beyond to make the stay even more memorable for a birthday celebration was above and beyond our wildest expectations. The inside of the house as well as the exterior of the home was exceptionally clean—highest quality cleaning standards!
