IMPORTANT POOL UPDATE:

The front pool will be closed from November 4, 2024, until the end of December 2024 as we work on resurfacing the pool deck and enhancing the landscaping. The back pool and hot tub will still be open for you to enjoy. We can also give you access to the McDowell Mountain Recreation & Community Center offering heated pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, and more! Just ask when you check in and we can get you an access card. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we renovate the front pool area.

On a scale of 5, property was a 3. The property was more of an apartment over a condo. It was very noisy all during the night you could hear the neighbor flushing the Toilets and showering at 2 am Thin walls Not like other VRBOs No UBS outlets no Water filter older coffee machine no K-cup Machine. Washer &dryer yet not soap. They did give us a 3 bedroom unit but it was just us 2 water filter

Long Weekend in Phoenix
I was looking for a two bedroom two bath condo north of Scottsdale and near the Rte 101 loop. This property was exactly what I was looking for and was excellent in every respect. The e-check in and check out was flawless as well. The property was reasonably priced, very clean and well furnished and has everything you need for your visit. Highly recommend.

I’ve been meaning to write this review since my first stay back in July and that references this review. I can’t complain one bit about Meridian. I had a simple question right before this stay and Kade was absolutely the most coolest laid back person. Anyways I will go ahead and put out why I put 4 stars as description. It’s actually nothing bad. These guys are obviously a company. They manage many units in this community, they can’t post every photo of every unit, so don’t be alarmed when you first walk in and it is not decorated as the photos. The description that I booked was two bed, two bath, two king rooms. Though those photos are not shown, I got exactly that. So don’t be “those people” and get mad at them because you didn’t read what you booked. They book off what you reserve. The place is immaculate we were at. My business partner are on the road every other week all over the US. They had everything we needed included iron and board. The pool area is awesome, we used it almost every afternoon for a “daily recap meetings”. Location is great. The gym there is decent for the average person just needing a workout. But we actually went to a gym that was a half mile away that gives day passes, so no worries there. Anyways, we just booked our next trip in two weeks and booked the same place. I didn’t bring my clubs last time but am bringing this time to play at TPC at some point doing my trip. I frequent this are 4-6 times a year for work and will ALWAYS look to book here.

Cockroach infestation
The property was really nice and clean upon arrival. There was one small cockroach found in the master bedroom which was not overly concerning. However, over the course of the 5 day stay, they increased in number and were just disturbing. Too bad, because otherwise really nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect and it was super easy to checkin and checkout. We had 2 small issues, garage door fob wasn’t working and the dishwasher wouldn’t turn on, that were resolved within the same day. The team was very responsive and punctual with fixing the issues

Checking-in and out was so easy. The place was spacious and clean, except for a few bugs. Someone came to spray the place and it was good. We like to cook and the kitchen wasn't fully equipped with cooking supplies. Otherwise, we enjoyed and would rent again.

Nice size condo in a very convenient location. Rooms were large and being in a gated community was perfect for my wife. i'd recommend the owner pressure wash the outside of the entryway to the condo. it would help with first impressions when you walk in.

Enjoyable Spring Break
We enjoyed our stay here after our initial host ghosted us. I would add that the pools are not heated and the hot tubs did not work. The condo needs a really good cleaning. Baseboards, floors etc were grungy but considering we had no place to stay with a group of 5 and a pet we were thankful for not having our spring break completely blown up.

This is a really nice clean condo, once I got in.
I got off to a bad start because the property management company did not divulge location and entry information until 2 hours before arriving. I was on the road and arrived at night. First, there are 2 kiosks for entering codes. The directions made no mention of that and in the dark it took me some time to figure that out. Next the map to the unit was available on my instructions as a download. I kept clicking and clicking until I discovered the downloads piling up. How about embedding it with the 15 other photos I had to weed through. So it took about an hour in the dark for me to get into my unit after arriving. I get to bed around midnight only to discover that the master bath toilet is cycling over and over (maintenance took care of that the next day. Plus the lock box was broken). So after I was in and settled, I enjoyed my stay. It's a perfect condo for 2 couple or a family with kids.
