Great Winter Getaway

Spring Training Weekend
House was 10 min from Camelback Ranch. Made it convenient to drive to the games. Home close to Westgate and shopping areas. Home clean and modern. We were 6 adults and it was a good size for us. Look forward to reserving this property again.

Cute house close to the Ball Park. House was well equipped, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Although it was cool weather the pool was heated and patio area was very nice. The use of the garage was a bonus. The only down side, there were no dressers or hangers in the two smaller bedrooms and the hair dryer didn’t work.

Five star last minute booking
I had to make a trip to AZ to help my sister and ended needing a place stay. Owner was great with communication and the place was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The only downside is the neighborhood is full of stray cats so there is a cat urine smell outside. My dog kept them away for two weeks.

My husband, two teenagers & myself stayed here for Spring Break. The house has been recently updated and the inside of the is quite nice. The pool area is fine, but lacks aesthetic. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located.

Came down from Alaska to visit family. The house was beautiful. Any questions we had were answered quickly by Monica. Even though the weather was cool by Az. Standards we had a great time at the pool. We will stay here again.

This a very nice place. Roomy, clean, and comfortable. The beds were just like we are used to. We were there 8 days and nights and would have liked to stay longer. The pool is very nice and kept between 82-85 degrees. Easy access off of I-10 and very accessible to restaurants and other entertainment spots. Monica was very helpful if I had any questions. Would highly recommend this home, except when I want to rent it again. Lol

Short stay in Phoenix
We came to Phoenix for the wedding of our sons dear friend and knew we needed a pool to not melt in the 97 degree heat. The pool was great and we enjoyed it. There is outdoor furniture that is covered. I started to pull the cover off to use and the furniture is covered in long hair. It was a little disappointing. But we sat in other chairs provided out side and enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for the Top Golf and other activities we were involved in. I’m not sure if we were charged for animals, which we would never travel with?? Over all a good experience.

Perfect home and location for our visit to the Phoenix area
Our stay was wonderful, exactly as advertised. Property was clean and ready for our arrival. The weather was 97 - 100 degrees and the pool made this much more bearable. The home was cool when we arrived and great air conditioning in the hot weather. We went to a concert at the Gila River Arena and the location was just a few short miles from the venue. Have to add a shout out to "Eric's BBQ", unbelievably delicious and one of the best BBQ places we have had, beware of the large portions and the banana pudding (made fresh daily) was an added bonus. We had a wonderful time and experience and being a "dog friendly" home our Boston Terrier, although not a water dog, loved hanging out on the first step in the pool, splashing and catching the water in her mouth. With the added bonus of a return discount, we will be booking here again for Spring Training in March 2023. Go SF Giants!!!

Not exactly as expected
The first impressions of this property were not as expected. The landscaping is unkept and unwelcoming. There were weeds everywhere and the landscaping rocks surrounding the home need to be replenished. Even though the landscape service was to have been there the week before, this obviously did not occur. The remodeling/redecorating lacks attention to detail. The house itself is in a good location. The house was clean and offered a few basic amenities. Monica was quick to respond in our communications with her and was pleasant to work with. There was less to love about this home than we were hoping.

Horrible, The Air Conditioner was Horrible. House is hot during the day! Horrible!!!!!
The AC must not be working or has an owner lock on it. The house goes from a nice comfortable temp at night to 77-82 during the day. It's very uncomfortable, especially when it's hot outside. It would have been nice to not be sweating inside as well as outside. The owner tried to tell be this was do to the outside elements, yet my family and friends that live nearby, never have this issue nor do restaurants, malls, shops etc.... my guess, he doesn't want a high electric bill. It would have also been nice if the guest bedrooms had dressers to put your things away. They only have closets, so no place for shorts, socks, undies, etc....

Great location and time spent for NASCAR Championship
My son, 11 yrs old, and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was a great location only a quick 20 minutes to the speedway. It was roomy, comfortable, and clean. It was nice having the garage available. Although we didn’t have time to be in pool, we totally would’ve taken a swim. And this was the easiest check out process I’ve had for a VRBO.

Garden Lakes Paradise
The house was a just the right size and furnished beautifully. Relaxing backyard with pool. Home is very comfortable. Well-furnished kitchen where you can cook and still be part of the rest of the family. Loved the washer dryer and the garage being able to park inside. The neighborhood is by everything: shopping, restaurants and freeways. A jewel that made my stay perfect. Thank you.

This is the second time we've stayed here. It has everything we need: open floor plan for visiting, comfy beds, a nice pool and outdoor area, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked with various cookware, dishes, coffee maker and Keurig. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. We'll likely choose this property whenever we're in Phoenix.
