Come enjoy fun in the sun in this comfortable, private, single family home in an upscale suburb of Phoenix conveniently located near the Highway 60. The home is in a clean, quiet, safe neighborhood 15-20 minutes from Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport, and close to Arizona State University.

Home features 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and one bedroom (queen size bed) and over-sized seated shower downstairs for elderly or those who don't do stairs well (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total). Master bedroom features a king size bed, cable TV, over-sized bathtub, separate shower, private commode, walk-in closet, and private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. There is inflatable queen size bed for larger parties. The house will sleep 7 in beds, with the potential for up to 2 more people on the inflatable bed.

Other home features include a private pool (heated by a heat pump, but doesn't heat unless outdoor temperature is at least 80 degrees for several consecutive days, which IS NOT ADEQUATE from November - February), professional-grade gas grill BBQ, fenced and gated yard (perfect for children or pets), wireless internet, beautiful landscaping, separate dining room, family room, and a living room with a large Smart TV with extensive channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and dining essentials, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, and separate beverage cooler. Small pets are welcome as long as they are well-mannered and potty trained.

The house is close to great shopping and a wide variety of good restaurants. There are many fun activities nearby to enjoy including golfing, river rafting, movie theaters, hiking, gambling casinos, a water park, miniature golf, hiking, and the gorgeous Superstition Mountains. The house is centrally located for day-trips to world famous locations like the Grand Canyon, Old Tucson, Lake Havasu, Tombstone, and the historic mining town of Bizbee. Great Gilbert house
Love the location of this property and the house. Lots of room for us and the guests that stayed for a few days. So relaxing to sit by the pool and enjoy the Arizona weather or head to the golf courses. Have stayed here four separate times and would love to come back. Jodi is great to work with!

Amazing home!
We had a wonderful 6 week stay here! The pictures were perfectly accurate. The house was very spacious, the enclosed back yard was beautiful, the couches all had recliners (which we loved), you sink into the super plush beds, the house was clean, and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would have booked it again for next year, but it was already rented. I definitely would recommend this house!

Wonderful family home
We were attending a wedding and needed a base for the family. The property was well presented and plenty of amenities. Pool area was a huge hit with everyone and with towels and linen provided it was more like a hotel stay! The neighbourhood was ideal and has all the store you will need on your stay. Communication with the owners was exceptional - polite, fast and informative. A wonderful stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a home from home stay in the Phoenix area. We used the home as a base for trips to the Grand Canyon, lake Mead and lots of other places. The neighbours were great too with helpful suggestions and great conversion making the whole experience friendly and welcoming. We would go again - hell yeh!! We will be planning the next trip soon! Absolutely no hesitation in saying 5*

Lovely home, location, not properly prepared
We were disappointed when we arrived at the facility. The bathrooms were disgusting, I had to go to the store and clean themself. The bathroom mats were filled with hair, so clearly the bathrooms weren’t touched. Two days in, we realized the washer and dryer were filled with towels and linens. So we finished the house laundry when cleaning is sort of our payment. The dishwasher was completely full of dishes, which we put away. When we popped the recliners up ont he couch, it was clear that area had not swept or vacuumed in ages, found food and dirt and old dusting socks. The property manager was very nice but explained that the prior guests/owner checked out hours before we arrived therefore not giving a cleaning company enough time to properly clean. Great house and location but extremely disappointed with the cleanliness.

Wedding Trip
The house was perfect for our visit to attend a family wedding. We used the pool often, appreciated the floats and beach towels. Having washer and dryer was great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well furnished. Quiet neighborhood near grocery stores and great restaurants. Really appreciated the Fry's grocery frequent shopper cards. Would definitely stay there again. Oh, very comfy reclining sofas and chairs.

We enjoyed the property location for the things that we wanted to do. We wished the property was a little cleaner especially the bathrooms. The pool was cold and since the temps were in the 90’s, it might have been nice to have the pool a little warmer so we could have used it a little more. The overall property needs some TLC and updates.

Very nice
Family in from Dallas, Tucson, Lubbock. Lots of room, convenient for what we had going on. We were in town for the WAC baseball tournament. 15 minutes to Hohokam Field. 10 minutes to downtown Gilbert which has great restaurants. 15 minutes to Tempe where my company has an office so I was able to visit my employees there. Lovely pool and patio area. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived on Tuesday which is the day the pool is to be cleaned according to the owner The bottom was very dirty as if it had not been vacuumed . It remained that wayuntil Next Tuesday when it was to be cleaned.. It didnt happen. So we spent 10 days in temperatures that reached the upper 90s with no pool, which was one of the things we rented for.. Is there any possibility of a partial refund? If not I may have second thoughts about using VRBO

Winter get away
Loved the layout of the house. Great for 2 couples to share. Great location!! Easy to get around. Found the Gilbert bike trails and rode them in all 4 directions. 15 to 20 miles a day. Loved the pool deck for sunning and dining. Thanks to the host and communication we had an easy check in and out. The house needs a good cleaning and some TLC . The host was happy to hear our thoughts.

Golf Trip
The property was very nice for our golf trip of 6 people. Everyone had a place to rest and gather as they wish. The outdoor area was comfortable and the firepit was utilized nightly. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient trip.

Feels like a resort
The home and back yard were perfect for our multi-family event. Lots of different areas around the house to gather with comfortable seating. We never felt crowded. Everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, BBQ area was in good order. There is a huge refrigerator in the kitchen, along with an additional smaller one. There was also a fridge in the built-in BBQ area. The WiFi was strong.

Phoenix Getaway
Property has a beautiful backyard grill area and pool. Landscaping is very well maintained. Inside could use a refresh of paint and furniture. Owner was very accomodating for an early entry and late check out. Very promt with responses.

Needs a little love
We rented this house in Phoenix for Labor Day weekend. We chose this house specifically because they allowed dogs and they had a pool with a small yard for the dogs. The deposit was accepted, and the rental confirmed on 8/3. On 8/12 the owner, Jodi, reached out & told us that the dogs could not go upstairs, could not get on the furniture, could not go in the pool. We had an issue opening the lock box on the house when we arrived and called Jodi, she said her manager was out of town for, but she would see who she could find to help. We eventually got the box open. The biggest disappointment was the pool and backyard! In the photos on the rental site you see patio umbrellas, patio lounge chairs, a beautiful BBQ grill and a beautiful pool. I don’t know when those pictures were taken, but definitely not recently! There were no umbrellas that we could find so there was very limited shade. The lounge chairs did have padded tops, but they were ripped, and sun bleached to the point of stuffing showing. The BBQ looked great, but when we tried to light it, only 2 burners came on. We turned them off. A few minutes later we started to smell propane. We shut off the tanks and didn’t feel safe using the grill. Even after all that, we were looking forward to using the pool. However, upon checking it out, it was green! It was also dirty, but the green stuff all over the bottom was the worst part. Every house we have previously rented with a pool had an automatic pool cleaner roaming the bottom of the pool. This one did not, and it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our rental. Not just a few bugs floating, but tree bits and bark at the bottom of the pool in multiple locations. We couldn’t even get in. We didn’t call Jodi as she had already said the manager was out of town and she didn’t have anyone in Phoenix that could help. There are a lot of other things the house needs help with: the master bath shower had green slime in the controller knob and when turned on, there was black mold on the bottom inside the handle. This house had a great location! It was close to dining out, shopping, local grocery stores and shops and had the freeway conveniently located. Unfortunately, the house needs some major love!

House layout is nice, However; Left over laundry in machine (had to take outside to dry). Maggots in trash can (under liner) (had to clean). Left over food in kitchen (had to throw away). Seriously left over food in secondary kitchen refrigerator (mold encased). Bar-b-que not working properly (3 of 7 burners not working, broken valves. What did work needs repair (60 min. to cook streak). After I had to go out and get my own propane (both bottles empty and disconnected) Several light bulbs not working throughout house. Had to go and get my own toilet paper (no spares, no response from owner) Could not contact owner to discuss, this was not a pleasant option . .
