4 bedroom, 2.5 baths LARGE single family home in North Phoenix. Single story- No Stairs. PRIVACY! Large lot; sitting at over an acre! Sparkling *HEATED pool with waterfall and hot tub. Built in BBQ Island/bar/fridge outside. 2 King beds, 2 Twin Beds and a Queen bed provide comfortable and private areas of rest. The master offers a King bed w/ TV, large attached bath and huge walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. An ADDITIONAL pull-out couch in the living room can accommodate 9-10 comfortably! A Pack n' Play is also available for use upon request.

***Additional fee to heat the pool. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it. The HOT TUB can be used at your leisure at no additional cost.

All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

***Dog allowed with approval only. NO CATS. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

No issues with the house or pool.
Would have liked to have had a fence around the pool, but you allowed us to bring our dogs, which we were grateful. We built our own fence around pool. Manager did not send us the code to the house. Only conversation via text we left a day early due to weather. he indicated we should shut off pool heater. did not tell us how, dark, but found off button. In the morning the heater was still running. Only other thing was the TV. Maybe an explanation what a guest would need to bring to watch TV. None of our guests came, so there was only 2 of us. The other rooms where not used, so clean up should have been very easy. Did not even use stove. We brought our own paperplates and plastic utensels. Thank you

The house was great- clean and spacious. The pool was awesome. There were plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen was well stocked with items. Property manager was always a text away, if needed. Definitely recommend!

outdoor area perfect. House (living space) needs a lot of improvement
We chose this house because we want to spend a relaxing time with our family not going out a lot and just enjoying our time together. We were exciting about the outdoor space and were not disappointed. However we didn't expect a huge Rv sitting there but he did not bother us much as we were able to play ball, badminton,etc...But what was disappointing was the indoor space. The pool table was located in a room where the light was really bad. The sink in the kitchen is in poor condition and the jacuzi tub in the MBathroom wasn't working. We called the property manager to let him now asa we arrived that the shower in the shared bathroom did not work (the piece to switch the faucet from bath to shower was broken) and he never came back to replace it, so we had to share the only shower in the MB :-( We rented a place last June with Vrbo and the cleaning service was impeccable compared to this one. We appreciated the fact that we could park our big truck in the garage and enjoyed the jacuzi and the fire pit; Like I said the house need a good refreshing (walls and floors) if you really want happy customers.

Great house but the property could have been taken care of a little better.
This was a great house! The only thing we had an issue with was cleanliness. the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and we had to wash them before we used them.. the garbage disposal leaked under the sink when we turned it on which was another mess we had to clean up. We also had to scoop out the pool with the screen catcher because of all the stuff in it. Other than that we didn’t have any issues and this was a great home to vacation in!

This property was a nice stop along our grander road trip. The property was less than five minutes to Sonoran Desert Preserve which served as some early morning mountain biking. Location was rural and quiet in comparison to the main Scottsdale area.

Great "Stay-cation"
We live in the same neighborhood, and had some family in from out of town. So with the triple digit heat we decided to stay at Casa Vista to take advantage of the great backyard pool as well as the other amenities in this beautiful home. A good time was had by by all, and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall this home was wonderful to stay in. Plenty of room for 7 of us, a beautiful pool, a beautiful kitchen. Adequate towels, adequate kitchen supplies. Upgrades I would recommend: install a new kitchen sink. Whoever damaged the stainless sink before we got there; it needs replacing. The pool needs a hand rail for an elderly person to get in and out. The rock by the waterfall needs to be repaired. I am sure you know all this, but it does affect our overall impression as being not well cared for. I hope our kids didn't leave too big a mess as we left a couple of days earlier than we did. They have 3 small children so I hope it wasn't too messy. Thank you for such a great getaway.

Fun place to stay in desert hills!
Wes was great, very available. And when I left one of my own garage door openers accidentally he was willing and flexible to make sure I could pick it up. check in was easy. Property was as described. Easily put up 6 people and plenty of room for the dogs to go bananas. The kitchen had all of the necessities for bbq/cooking and the outdoor space was great! The carpet does have stains, and mentioned in the other reviews, but the place was clean and accommodating regardless. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone especially anyone traveling with pets!

This space was just as advertised. We had tons of plans for our trip, and ended up doing nothing but hanging at the house. We didn’t want to leave, and we didn’t need to-it had everything. Rural type of neighborhood-heard roosters, donkeys and horses-which was fine by us.

Had a Great time ! Perfect for a getaway !
The house was Amazing ! Exactly as described ! Very clean . Lots of kitchen items . Lots of towels . We had a blast in the pool , and spending time outside in the great outdoor area ! Had a grill & outdoor mini fridge which was great since we spent most of the time in the pool ! Had comfy furniture, a pool table , a great surround system so we could enjoy the music outside , over all great ! Wished we would have gotten a little more direction , on how things worked etc. Without having to ask . The media system was kind of difficult , when I reached out to the contact , they just said to look it up online . We were not told about pool lights , also had to ask . The contact was a little rude when asking to “Inspect what kind of dogs I had , and made a comment “I hope you don’t let them make a mess in there “ this is a pet friendly rental so I wasn’t expecting the kind of judgement . We paid the pet fee , and of course know that we need to make sure to look after our dogs . We had some trouble with the key box on the door on the way out . Again reached out to the contact and he said if we couldn’t get it open , wait for the cleaners , they would be there shortly . Not very helpful. We ended up figuring it out. But .... still overall we had a great time , it was a great quarantine getaway, as we did not leave the house .
