The Space:
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home lies in the epicenter for NFL and NHL games, concerts, TopGolf, Ak-Chin pavilion and the famous Westgate Entertainment for Phoenix nightlife. RESORT-STYLE RELAXATION DURING THE DAY WITH FUN ONLY AN UBER DRIVE AWAY.
Parking: Two driveways allow for off-street parking for multiple vehicles. If you are coming in a medium to small RV there is RV parking on the side of the home (no plugin)!
Its open-concept main living area is conducive to spending quality time together. The sitting area provides a large sofa with a built-in chaise opposite a generous-sized TV above the hearth for low-key entertainment. The sofa converts to a full-size bed. As an added luxury, you’ll find a wine refrigerator in the corner.
You’ll have an open view into the kitchen which is separated from the sitting area by a long countertop extension. Enjoy a suite of full-size stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispenser, a range with cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Feel right at home with little conveniences like a single-serve hot beverage brewer, tea kettle, toaster, crock pot, blender, and all cooking and dishware you could need! A dining table for four with additional breakfast bar seating allows for cozy meals and one of the family-friendly board games provided. Additional dining on the patio!
In its own closeted nook, you’ll find a full-size washer and dryer, enabling you to pack light and do laundry during your stay. Detergent provided!
A set of sliding glass doors leads outside to a covered patio with a grill, an outdoor dining table, and a cluster of upscale cushioned furniture for fresh-air conversation and cocktails. Beyond, a private, fully enclosed yard features a sparkling swimming pool lined with lounge chairs and tropical trees. Bring your beverage and your shades! An area of clean artificial turf provides room to play, and outdoor games are provided.
The fun doesn’t stop there. Back indoors, a former garage has been converted into a fantastic game room with a corner bar and stools for at least four, a wall-mounted 65" TV, a convertible pool/ping-pong table, a shuffleboard table, and a poker table. Keep cool on those hot summer days with a built in AC unit in the game room!
Hotel-grade linens are professionally laundered off-site in commercial laundry facilities after every visit. Each bedroom was pieced together with your comfort, convenience, and personal hygiene in mind!
A primary bedroom suite lets you wake to a luxury setting every morning, with a King-size bed, TV, and sliding doors leading to the backyard. Take an early morning dip in the pool, before – or maybe instead of – your coffee. Store your wardrobe neatly with the provided garment racks and dresser. Enjoy a private adjacent bath with a large glass-enclosed shower stall.
A second bedroom has a refreshing feel with a Queen-size bed, large TV, two nightstands with dresser, and a large closet. Hanger, luggage rack and hamper. Extra tower fan for your comfort!
A third bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with Two Full-size beds, a closet and a big TV.
A full bath is handsomely appointed with contemporary fixtures and includes a large vanity and a combination tub/shower.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
🔑 Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

This area is also bustling with shopping options including the Tanger Outlets, plus a wide array of restaurants and sports bars.
There’s something for everyone here, including a multiplex movie theater, the Renaissance Spa, Desert Mirage Golf Course and Practice Center, Dave & Buster’s arcade restaurant, and the Desert Diamond Casino.

Do the kids need to blow off steam? Consider the 200-acre Wildlife World Zoo and aquarium in Litchfield Park, or the Phoenix Zoo in Papago Park that incorporates four trails on 125 acres.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. The Phoenix area is a large area and walking is not always recommended. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
