Welcome to our spacious vacation retreat in Goodyear! We've got everything you need for a truly unforgettable getaway: relaxation, entertainment, and... military flyovers? That's right, our location offers a unique feature as Luke Air Force Base is 6 miles north. Guests may be lucky enough to catch a rare glimpse of fighter jets flying overhead, which is a thrilling experience for aviation enthusiasts and anyone who loves the sound of freedom.
The expansive home offers a comfortable and stylish retreat for up to 12 guests, with a range of amenities to ensure a perfect stay. When you're not staring in awe at the skies, there are a variety of activities to keep you entertained. Take a dip in the pool, soak in the spa, challenge your friends to a game of pool, or just lounge in the sun and work on that tan. And for all you hardworking folks out there, we've got you covered with a dedicated office space and fast WiFi, so you can work hard and play hard.

The spacious tri-level Villa del Rio Paseo features a 3,845 sq ft open floorplan featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, office, and multiple entertainment areas. Perfect for accommodating up to 12 guests, the expansive interior offers a comfortable and luxurious stay. Be sure to scan the QR code in the pictures to take a 3D walkthrough of the property!
Three spacious bedrooms can be found on the top floor, including the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and daybed for lounging or catching up on your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin top & double bottom) with a twin trundle, perfect for families with kids. The third bedroom has another king-size bed. Another full bath is also located on the top floor.
Guests can also retire to the main floor bedroom with a queen-size bed and 50" smart TV. A full bath is available on the main floor for guests' convenience.
Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the basement with a pull-out queen-size futon bed. A full bath is also located in the basement.
Our kitchen is stocked with essential utensils and appliances for cooking and BBQing, providing guests with the option of dining in or enjoying the many delicious local dining options.
With a full-size pool table and poker table, a foosball table, shuffleboard table, wall mounted giant connect 4 and tic-tac-toe games, and numerous board games. The basement is equipped with a 75" 4K smart TV and a Dolby 5.1 sound system, perfect for movie nights. Guests can log into their own streaming services on all 5 TVs in the home to take full advantage of the smart TV features. Guests will have endless opportunities for fun and entertainment inside the home.
Step outside to the backyard and discover even more activities, including the pool, hot tub, and putt-putt course. The fire pit provides the perfect setting for relaxing and spending time with friends and family. The pool can also be heated from late fall through winter, making year-round swimming possible.
For those who need to stay connected to work during their stay, our private office with monitor provides a comfortable and quiet space to send emails or jump on a Zoom call. Our property is outfitted with Gigabit speed internet and a tri-band WiFi 6 mesh router system to provide excellent coverage throughout the property.

Security:
Our home is equipped with 4 security cameras on the property:
1. Front entrance doorbell
2. Garage above cabinet next to water heater
3. Side gate (front right side of house)
4. Backyard (above patio dining table)
The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels.
We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:
- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)
- Load the dishwasher and start it
- Empty the trash & recycle
- Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked
- Scan QR code by front door/laundry room door to notify our cleaners of your departure
House rules:
We take great pride in being good neighbors and request the same from our guests and their companions. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition and we maintain our promise to be good neighbors, we have strict policies regarding noise, smoking, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness. Please follow the rules below:
Parties/Events: Parties or events are not permitted for any reason. This property is equipped with a Ring security camera at the front door, as well as noise sensors. If we are alerted to any unauthorized incident, your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
Pets: Although we are animal lovers, we have decided to maintain a pet-free environment in our home due to the potential risk of allergens for some of our guests. If a pet is found to be brought onto the premises, the host reserves the right to impose a penalty fee, which will be determined at the host's discretion.
Smoking/Vaping: This is a smoke-free home, including the patio area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping, is allowed.
Unauthorized Guests: We welcome all our guests with open arms! We understand that family and/or friends may visit during the stay at our home. However, we kindly request that you let us know in advance if any guests not on the reservation are staying overnight. We welcome visitors, but additional overnight guests must be approved in advance. Unapproved guests may be charged an additional fee per person per night and/or may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.
Shoe: We are a shoe-free home. All shoes must be taken off at entry. We strongly recommend bringing a pair of slides or slippers for the backyard. Please help keep our home clean and in great shape for all future guests. It is difficult and time-consuming to clean stains, so a $50 fee will be charged for any carpet or rug stains left in the home.
Safety: We do not condone any unsafe activities on the premises. Any unsafe activities may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. These activities include, but are not limited to:
• Jumping from / over any railing
• Jumping from elevated surfaces
• Climbing out of bedroom windows onto any surface
• No Firearms
• No drug use, including marijuana
• No alcohol consumption by guests under 21
• No fireworks/hazardous materials
• No thefts
If you or your companions violate the above rules, below are sample penalties:
- Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size
- Smoking in the home: $350
- Late check-out past 10am without approval: $75
- Surpassing guest count on reservation: $50 per guest
- Additional cleaning due to undue filthiness: $250
