I have never used a home vacation rental of any kind, so I made a mistake emailing my id. Didn't notice till almost time of check-in, and was beyond scared I wouldn't be able to get my two kids( 2&3) inside. (It was 101 outside) He was able to QUICKLY get us inside. Later when we noticed we didn't have a broom he expeditiously took care of it(even when I couldn't get back to him for hours due to a graduation) He even went so far as to reach out and ask how our stay was going and if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and had few if any in reach breakables and was extra kid friendly (environment, and cleaning) Cleaning before leaving wasn't as tik tok has made using these services seem, expectations were put on the wall.
