This magnificent home leaves no detail unattended and offers so much space! A newly constructed pickleball and basketball court and a new putting green feature are just a few of this home's amazing amenities

Welcome to your private 2-acre luxury resort in North Scottsdale. Each of our guests is met on the property upon arrival so that we may welcome you, walk you through the property and explain several operational aspects of the home. We invite you to make the home your own but with assurance that our staff is just a phone call or email away throughout your stay should you need anything or have any questions. We look forward to hosting you during your stay!

This exquisite 6,500 sf custom home in the Troon Area has been decorated with your premier vacation experience in mind. Engage in friendly competition on the brand new pickleball and basketball court, place your bet in the poker room, play pool, ping pong, or arcade game in the Game Room, lounge pool side under an umbrella or fire up the grill in the outdoor kitchen. Kids can enjoy the Rainbow playground and wide open grassy areas, take a trip down the waterslide or play their favorite arcade games inside. The kitchen is a chef's dream with professional appliances (including 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, gas range, prep sink) and full array of dishes, bake ware, small appliances and utensils needed by a discerning chef. Privately gated, this beautiful home offers every amenity from plush, pillow top beds with luxurious linens to a sparkling heated pool and spa (with waterslide, waterfall and diving board) and everything in between.

There are two office spaces for private work space when you need to be connected while away from home. The WiFi service is the fastest available from the service provider so you will never miss a beat.

The expansive outdoor living area feels like your own private 5-star resort! Lush park like grounds with grassy areas, a putting green feature for golfers, a pickleball/basketball court, and a diving pool with grotto, sun shelf and separate spa set this desert oasis apart.

Minutes from World Famous Golf Courses, Barrett Jackson Car Show, Arabian Horse Show, Baseball Training Facility, Casinos and the Mayo Clinic.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: We generally recommend that the pool be heated to the mid-80's between October 1st and June 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is available for $75/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum so definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Beautiful house. Very clean. Fully fenced pool which is surprisingly hard to find. Neighbors hardly in site. Very private feel. Waterslide needs to be fixed but other than that our stay was amazing!

We chose this beautiful property for our family spring break vacation (8 adults and 4 children ages 1-7). The home itself is spectacular and extremely well maintained. The property offered lots of things to do for our family - pickleball, basketball, children’s play structure, pool, outdoor fireplace and kitchen area, even ping pong - all well maintained. The home was also thoughtfully appointed. We have stayed in several vacation properties and I think my family would agree that this is may be the best one we’ve stayed in!

What a perfect house for the 8 of us to enjoy some golf and the Phoenix Open. Perfect for large gatherings. Only wish the weather was better so we could have spent more time outside on the amazing patio and fireplace.

The place was beautiful, a little more dated than anticipated but still nice and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Foldout in basement was broken so we had to do some creative bed sharing. Would recommend more aggressive spraying for bugs and spiders and such. Overall very enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at the Bronco Estate. One of our best family vacations. The property is like staying at your own private resort. Pool with slide and hot tub fenced in, misters, playground, pickle ball/basketball, bags, etc. etc. The home is well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfortable, very large garage for three cars and beautiful desert views. Layout is excellent for both small children or adult only trip. Highly recommend.

AMAZING Getaway
This home is BEAUTIFUL!!! It has everything you can think of with a large kitchen/pantry and two large refrigerators. The automatic ice machine was GREAT. The backyard is definitely its own resort and the location of the home is perfect. We spent the majority of our time in the spa/pool. There was plenty of space for 11 of us and we never felt like we were bumping into each other. I don’t even think most of us made it to the downstairs area which is a “home” by itself. Communication with CJ was great. He answered all of my text messages throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again

Very nice home. Manager was great! Had some issues with pool but they did their best to get things going as quickly as possible and adjusted for the inconvenience. They picked up groceries for us on Christmas Eve, as our fligjts were delayed. We really appreciated that!

They did not brag enough about the kitchen accoutrements, or I could have given then a higher score
This house had all the bells and whistles, and all of the toys. The pool was fabulous, and everyone enjoyed it, and the spa. The kids loved the games in the poker room, along with the pool table and Pac-Man on the lower level. While we ate most of our meals in the dining room, it was great having 2 other choices, one of them out on the patio.

The property was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The managers were great and the communication easy. I booked here to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends and family. The professional chef we had loved the kitchen and it was stocked with everything he needed. I will for sure be back!

Paradise!
We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It has a beautiful backyard and pool area. There is so much to do for the kids, ping pong, bags, a swing set, yard for throwing footballs, pool table, game room and a pool with a diving board, slide, hot tub and waterfall. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. And the rooftop deck to watch the sunrises and sunsets was perfect!

Great location in N Scottsdale. Lots of privacy with many options indoor and outdoor living space. Our family of 7 adults and 1 toddler had plenty of space and the house is well appointed. We used the pool and outdoor fireplace everyday. Kids outdoor playground was perfect with soft grass around it. Clean and organized. Close to grocery and other shopping. Pool and hot tub were clean and lots of pool toys. Plenty of seating around the pool area. Plenty of toddler equipment options: pack n play, stroller, etc. The manager was quick to answer texts and phone calls. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this home.

This is a great, quiet location in North Scottsdale. Perfect for a reunion (we had six couples stay at the house for a Military Academy reunion) The bedrooms are well appointed and quiet. The great room is a great gathering area to talk, prepare food, and eat. The outdoor space is great for entertaining with a large table and chairs on a covered patio with overhead lighting and fans; additionally there is an outdoor fire place, grill and shaded seating area adjacent to the pool-this spot also has misters. Very nice pool and spa which does not need to be heated in the summer (extra cost too). Small playground for children, ping pong table, pool table (indoors), and card room for entertainment.
