Great central location. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, Old Town, etc. Nice pool area and park just steps away. Private patio is a plus. Condo was clean & beds very comfortable. We weren't used to streaming You Tube tv, so took a little getting used to, but enjoyed our stay.

Great location!
Location, location - this condo is steps away from the walking path and convenient to downtown Scottsdale, the 101, grocery, etc. Everything about the property was great. Super clean, well-equipped, easy check in. In fact, I tried to re-book it during my stay, but sadly it was already booked for the dates I needed. We will definitely be back.

Location, location, location. The property is close to Chapparel Park and grocery shopping 2 blocks.

Just take the plunge and STAY HERE!!
Beautiful well appointed condo with excellent communication with Larry, our host. Able to easily arrange a late checkout for our late afternoon flight home. Granddaughter loved the pool! Safe neighborhood and very family friendly. Great shopping and dining nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean and well kept property. It had everything we needed. The location was great. We enjoyed walking around the lake. Downtown Scottsdale is a short drive away. Larry is very quick to respond. We hope to stay here again.

Great location, beautiful place to stay
We really enjoyed staying here for almost a week. It was extremely clean; haven’t been in a place as clean as this one. Larry, the host, was very responsive to us when we arrived the first day. He accommodated us as well, allowing us to check in early. The location is one of the best - very close to downtown Scottsdale. A very nice walking area with a lake behind the apartment. Extremely safe neighborhood as well.

Wonderful condo
This condo was so clean and nicely decorated. They had everything you needed (towels dishes soap even a laundry). I would highly recommend it. The location was near to shopping and restaurants. So quiet and covered parking and a nice patio.

Larry was a wonderful host. Very responsive to our questions and accommodating. The condo has a great location close to HWY 101, Chapparral Park, and many other Scottsdale locations. Condo provided plenty of room for our family of five.

Very clean and well-supplied condo in great location!
Larry was an excellent host and even provided extra dining furniture for us. We entertained several times and were impressed with the terrific kitchen supplies. The patio was secure for our dogs and we especially appreciated the dog-door. Nearby lakes and parks provided great walking possibilities and our dogs loved the off-leash dog park.

We recently stayed for 4 days at this residence. I can't tell you how comfortable we were and the host was so accommodating. He was easy to communicate with and so thoughtful. Great location. Great Host. Nice adjacent Park. Centrally located.
Larry is a great host. The property is clean, comfortable, just me and my son for baseball tournament but it can sleep more than 2 people easily. I like Scottsdale as it is centrally located. My only issue was it took me some time to figure out the smart TV, but I did figure it out. If you want sports ESPN you have to use Apple TV. I also liked the private hot tub after a day of baseball. The Park next door is fantastic. Nice walking if not too hot. I would stay again, best thing I can say is I will be back!

Great location in Scottsdale
You can really tell Larry cares about his property and that his guests have everything that they need to have a great stay. Larry was there to greet us when we pulled in because he was personally checking the place to make sure it was all clean and ready for us. Larry even gave me his cell phone number to be sure that we had answer right away about the property if we had any questions or troubles, and true to his promise, he was very prompt to answer our questions. The beds and pillows were comfy and it wa nice to find extra blankets and towels in the closets. This property is located right next to Chaparral Park which has a nice wide walking path around the lake amd to the desert eco garden to walk my dog and the nice community pool is just across the yard right out the door. We were there to hike, bike and golf so this location was perfect because we had access to all of it right there. We took our bikes on the trail all the way down to Old Town Scottsdale for the Super Bowl pregame festivities, to the pickleball courts and even over to Camelback mountain for a hike to avoid the parking issues everyone talks about. I really liked having a private gated yard/patio to hang out with my dog, grill and enjoy my family in. We felt very safe in this area. Thank you Larry for sharing your home with us.

The property is exactly as it is described. It is in a great location and easy to get to. Plenty of space once inside. The back patio and hot tub are definite pluses. Larry is a wonderful host and super responsive. I highly recommend this property. The kitchen is well stocked. My only complaint is the pool is not heated.

This home was as advertised. The location could not have been better. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The beds were great. Places to eat and grocery stores everything close by. If you are in to walking great area to walk and feel safe. I highly recommend Larry's home away from home.

Beautiful property
I rented this house because I was in town for a 60th bday celebration.This property came with all the amenities we needed,especially the pool n hot tub which was a plus.There were a few stores within walking distance.as well as a super Walmart.I met the host Larry the first day I arrived,very nice,answered all my questions and concerns I had.When I come back to Arizona,I would love to stay here again
