Prime location that is ideal for sports fans that want to watch a sports event at State Farm Arena or the Peoria Sports Complex & enjoy the 30+ bars & restaurants at Westgate Entertainment District. Home is conveniently located a mile off 2 major Highways. Six Flags Water park, Desert Mirage Golf course, & Arrowhead mall are within 10 minutes of the home. The backyard has a HEATED POOL, Hot Tub, BBQ Grill, & Pool Table. Each room has Smart TV'S w/ Cable & Netflix. Home is internet/Wi-Fi ready W/ a PS4 for the kids & has 24 hour check-in w/ a Smart Lock (No Key Needed). Family friendly home with board games, Play Pen, and High chairs.

The home is approximately 15 minutes from Westgate Entertainment District & State Farm Arena (Home of the Superbowl, AZ Cardinals, & AZ Coyotes). Spring Training for the Seattle Mariners & the San Diego Padres is held less than 10 minutes away at the Peoria Sports Complex.

The old saying, "Pictures are worth a thousand words" applies. We focused on having a 5 star guest experience in the bedroom by choosing hotel quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows. I am a nerd, so I read reviews . As you can tell by the pictures, home has tile planks, Granite Countertops, and Stainless steel appliances. The old saying you get what you pay for applies. The owner spent a lot of money trying his best to make this home look like a model home.

Bedroom 1-King Sized bed (Sleeps max 2)
**4 memory foam roll-away twin sized beds in master bedroom closet (Sleeps up to 4 max.)
Bedroom 2-Queen Sized Bed (Sleeps up to 2 max)
Bedroom 3-Queen Sized Bed (Sleeps up to 2 max)
Bedroom 4- Queen Sized bed (Sleeps up to 2 max)
Bedroom 5-Queen Sized Bed (Sleeps up to 2 max)
Family Room-Couches (Sleeps up to 3 max)

While we do not recommend putting 17 people in the home, that is the max that we allow at any given time. We recommend 10 people because it's more comfortable for smaller groups, but we give you the choice of free will. :)

OPTIONAL EXTRA FEES:
Pet fee $200 (Max 2 pets with owner approval before booking, we only allow dogs)
Heated Pool Service available for an additional fee:
$200 dollars for the first day
$125 for each additional day
Early Check-in/ Late Check-Out Fee-$400 plus tax per request (when available). Please take into account the home needs to be clean for check-in by 4:00PM for our next guest.
1 BBQ Propane Tank Provided per stay. Extra propane tanks can be purchased for $50 per tank to operate gas firepit table.

The owner recently spent around $7,000 for a Hayward Pool heater to keep the pool warm. Pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes a 2-3 full days to do so. Heated Pool service should be paid at initial reservation, but can be added up to 3 days before your check-in. This fee is non refundable, This way you have time to check the weather to make sure you want the pool heated.

We DO NOT offer the option to heat the pool for a portion of your stay as it is costly to heat 18,000 gallons of water for the property owner. The temperatures outside must be at least 50 degrees or warmer for the Pool heater to warm the pool. Heated Pool service must be paid at initial reservation. Typically, the months of December & January are too cold for the heat pump to heat the pool to 80 degrees.

Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage. We do not allow guests or visitors. The price is calculated based on the amount of guests inputted when you completed the reservation. Prices are more expensive for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups. This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability.
