Beautiful Condo in North Scottsdale

Have a relaxing stay in this modern fully furnished rental in the North Scottsdale area. Located in the Signature Condominium Homes, this condo unit has a large bedroom suite with an organic Cal. King mattress and a sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 3 people.( Maximum 4 people) this unit also comes with a spacious bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, and a balcony. Guests will also have access to the community facilities including pools, spas, sauna, fitness center, business center, picnic gazebos, BBQ area, and a cozy firepit. This unit’s location is also beautiful and just a walking distance away from a grocery store and a few restaurants. There are other attractions such as West World, TPC Golf Course, and the McDowell Mountains nearby. This is also a great place to stay to check out the Barrett-Jackson Car Show. Great Stay
The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and the complex was very quiet. Our host Tim was very accommodating, let us check in early and check out late. He was also very responsive when we had a question. We were very happy with our stay and would love to go back and stay longer next time we are in Scottsdale.

This is a great property. The size worked well for us (2 adults ). The unit is clean, and the best is quite comfortable. The location is convenient (we traveled between central Phoenix and up to Anthem). Would stay here again.
