Nice place. Nice area. Nice people. The unit's carpet was not clean, dust balls in the bathrooms, a layer of dust over the toilet, the mirror in master needs to be changed or cleaned and the garage floor sandy and not swept. The gate remote did not work. We were at the mercy of other neighbors to open gate, they provided only one set of keys. Not good for two adults or more?
