Unclean property
The living room area was comfortable and had sufficient seating for us. The rest of the house was gross. Zero kitchen towels, washcloths, etc. Old, filthy cookware. My friend arrived earlier than me and stayed later, so she took the master and I actually never went into it. The bedrooms and bath I used were gross. The bathroom was filthy. Baseboards swollen with water and popping off. Dust everywhere. Lightswitches everywhere black with grime. Evidence of light mold over the bathroom shower. Empty shampoo/conditioner/soap containers in both bathrooms. I had to talk myself into getting into the bed the first night. Flat, old, gross pillows. Sheets made of nylon or something slippery and just gross gross gross. The mattress I slept on was soft and old and I rolled to the middle of the bed all night. This home needs a lot of attention and a serious deep-cleaning. The backyard is non-existent. A few pavers and room for the dirty trash cans and that's about it.
