Upscale area surrounded by multi million dollar homes. Safe for jogging walks and cycling. Great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather. Private entrance and driveway. Elegant private yard with BBQ Station and plush seating. Very quiet location. Close to everything the Scottsdale area has to offer with easy access to highway. Only minutes away from most major attractions. Extra large bedrooms with luxurious king beds and plush bedding. All furniture and amenities brand new. Covered parking and laundry.

Spacious, well appointed guesthouse - perfect place to stay!
Very nice, well kept guesthouse. Two spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and two large bathrooms. Nice kitchen, laundry, and large living room. Private outdoor living area was fun to hang out in. 5 - 15 minute drive to multiple restaurants, bars, and activities including old-town Scottsdale. I highly recommend this house!

Great location with quick access to the 101. Super nice backyard. Comfortable beds. Paul always responded to our emails. Appliances need some tlc. Only big issue was there is no cable so could not get local tv (March Madness etc.) and then the tv quit working so then we could not get anything.

Guest house retreat
Great open floor plan, well stocked and very comfy beds to rest well. Is located with easy access on/off interstate access with great parking for boat and large vehicles. Also conveniently located for Lake Pleasant and lake Bartlett. Home is stocked with everything you need to cook, grill and relax . Enjoyed family time grilling and having corn hole competition. Paul was friendly and great communication about the home check in and check out process and available for any questions or needs. Will definitely be back as we frequent Scottsdale regularly. Thanks for sharing your guest home !

Great place for a reunion!
One of the best things about a VRBO over a hotel is the ability to interact in a “home” environment. We can cook, eat together and play Cornhole (bean bag toss game) while catching up.
