Great hotel near airport - walk across street to get on SkyTrain to airport. Facilities clean, on site bar with reasonable beer prices and rooms are well insulated for sound - I was on ground floor and there was a lot of activity at the bar and I hear none of it in my room. Have stayed here several times and is a go-to when transiting phx.

Two out of the three staff could not be bothered to be helpful in any sense. The third staff member was great. The bed smelled of the previous occupant. Room was clean otherwise. Coffee pot and cups right next to the bathroom is probably not the best design decision from a hygienic standpoint.

Wonderful staff who were friendly and helped make our stay very pleasant. We like Aloft as a brand and this property lived up to expectations. It’s close to the airport and we had a very early flight, so the convenience was perfect and we felt we had picked the best option with Aloft. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

I recently stayed at the Aloft Phoenix Airport 4450 E Washington St Phoenix Az 85034 for three nights, and I was excited about my visit. Unfortunately, my stay took a negative turn when the front desk staff asked me to leave the hotel at 2:14 AM by 3 police officers which was called as a 911 due to noise from the tv being loud. This was surprising and felt unjust, especially since I had already stayed for three nights without any issues. As a result of this unnecessary eviction, I had to purchase another room elsewhere for the rest of my trip, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. I believe the treatment I received was prejudiced and unfair. It’s disappointing to leave a hotel where you expected to feel comfortable and welcomed. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
