"Desert Oasis" is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home (all on one level) in north phoenix. You will see rustic touches throughout that go with the Arizona local charm. An entertaining paradise! The backyard is stacked with amenities to keep the whole family busy.

- Pool - Can be heated for $350/week. (Will need 48 hours advance notice for it to heat up)
- Hot-Tub (hot all the time)
- TV at pool
- Outdoor Kitchen (2 x BBQ, fridge, etc)
- Fire-pit
- Sonos sound system throughout
- Basketball hoop in driveway
- Office w/ desk and chairs to send out those pesky emails in private
- Peloton for a quick workout
- Poker table

Bedrooms:
King Master Bedroom w/ TV
King Bedroom
4x Double Beds Bedroom

Bathrooms:
Master bath w/ soaking tub, walk in shower, walk in closet
Jack n Jill bath w/ combo tub/shower
1/2 bath powder room

***Casita on back part of property/lot that is occupied by a single tenant. Quiet and not a bother at all. You can see photos of the location of the casita in the listing***

***Please note $350/week fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) in the winter if desired; upon request only. (Will need 48 hours advance notice for it to heat up). heated spa can be used at your leisure.

***Sorry, NO PETS allowed.

***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages.
