There are many amenities with a visitors pass which costs &100.00/per person you can choose from two swimming pools and two gyms, golf.guests enjoy 24 pickle ball courts, tennis courts, Bocci ball, volleyball, basketball, ping pong, beautiful hiking trails and so much more!! As mentioned Use of pool and gym community requires a one month minimum stay. Also included in this home is a private oversized hot tub. You may not want to leave!. : HOA requires rent a full month INQUIRE for vacancy Jan/ Feb/March/April.
