A highlight of your vacation will be the time spent soaking up the sun in the immaculately manicured, resort-like backyard. The Oasis creates a tranquil paradise with all the privacy you will. The lush grounds include a separate casita that provides even more privacy, an expansive veranda with a gorgeous fireplace, an infinity edge pool and spa, decorative fountains, a large dining area, a 60-inch smart TV, a beautifully furnished and shaded veranda, an outdoor grill/smoker, a sand volleyball court, table tennis, a cowboy cauldron and much more. Enjoy the spectacular views of Pinnacle Peak out the front door, Troon Mountain to the east, and the McDonald Mountains and Scottsdale city lights from the backyard.

Troon North Golf Club is less than four miles away and TPC Scottsdale (home of the PGA Tour WM Phoenix Open) is only eight miles down the road. Pinnacle Peak Park is within a two-mile drive. Taliesin West is 12 miles away. Renowned boutiques and dining options in Old Town Scottsdale can be found about 20 miles south of the home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a doorbell camera at the front door to the Main Home as well as the Casita, and cameras facing the perimeter of the property.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
