On a scale of 5, property was a 3. The property was more of an apartment over a condo. It was very noisy all during the night you could hear the neighbor flushing the Toilets and showering at 2 am Thin walls Not like other VRBOs No UBS outlets no Water filter older coffee machine no K-cup Machine. Washer &dryer yet not soap. They did give us a 3 bedroom unit but it was just us 2 water filter

Long Weekend in Phoenix
I was looking for a two bedroom two bath condo north of Scottsdale and near the Rte 101 loop. This property was exactly what I was looking for and was excellent in every respect. The e-check in and check out was flawless as well. The property was reasonably priced, very clean and well furnished and has everything you need for your visit. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect and it was super easy to checkin and checkout. We had 2 small issues, garage door fob wasn’t working and the dishwasher wouldn’t turn on, that were resolved within the same day. The team was very responsive and punctual with fixing the issues

Enjoyed our stay!
Checking-in and out was so easy. The place was spacious and clean, except for a few bugs. Someone came to spray the place and it was good. We like to cook and the kitchen wasn't fully equipped with cooking supplies. Otherwise, we enjoyed and would rent again.

Cockroach infestation
The property was really nice and clean upon arrival. There was one small cockroach found in the master bedroom which was not overly concerning. However, over the course of the 5 day stay, they increased in number and were just disturbing. Too bad, because otherwise really nice place to stay.

Beware of renting this condo.
The tenants who live above the unit are really loud. Do not expect to have restful sleep. The unit also smells moldy and became an airway concern for one our kids. I reported these issues to Meridian and the manager suggested moving either to a condo with a broken oven or a condo with a closed pool.

1. Key pick up: misleading instructions... we were sent to the rental area but there was NO ONE on premises to even provide instructions to gain entry! 2. After several phone calls, we were directed to a second floor office 10 miles away. 3. The apartment assigned to us was disappointing... totally unlike the pictures and descriptions of the particular unit we chose online: truly the classic “bait and switch”. 4. Although we have given you a great deal of business in the past, we are truly rethinking our trust in Home Away.
