POOL RULES:
NO DIVING, NO GLASS IN THE POOL AREA, NO EATING, DRINKING
OR SMOKING IN THE POOL. MUST ABIDE BY POOL HOURS. (8 AM - 10 PM) ALL VIOLATIONS RESULTING IN A FINE WILL BE SENT TO THE GUESTS.

All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised at the community pool at all times, no matter what their swimming
skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children
unattended at the community pool.***

Pets are allowed for $120 per pet and with prior host approval ***

HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
The A/C and Heating are seasonal and controlled by community management. The change from A/C to Heat usually takes place sometime in November and
the switch from Heat to A/C is sometime in March (these dates are not set in stone). Each condo has its own thermostat so guests can control the temperature when the A/C and Heating are operating.
