THE HOME
This rental is a separate & private suite within the house with a separate entry. There is another separate guest suite next door. There may be another guest or the host staying in the separate suite next door; Feel free to inquire as to whether anyone is staying in the rental suite next door at the time of booking.
THE RENTAL
This comfortable rental suite has a private entrance into the full kitchen, at the LEFT SIDE OF THE HOME, consisting of a large updated kitchen with new appliances, dining area seating 4 guests, large living room (great room), den bedroom with double full bed & workspace (walk through), master bedroom with king bed, attached bathroom with walk in shower (no tub).

This rental suite has direct access to the back patio, shared back yard & shared laundry room, through the SLIDING DOOR in the living room.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The LAUNDRY ROOM IS SHARED & is located at the back yard off of the back patio. It is separate from the home. The door is labeled LAUNDRY. There is a front loader washer and dryer available. There is no AC in the laundry room- there is a portable AC unit in the laundry room.
BACK YARD
The desert landscape BACK YARD IS SHARED. It features a Mountain View in the yard, covered pergola, outdoor sectional couch beneath, wood burning fire pit, small charcoal grill, dining area on the patio seats 4 with plenty of additional seating In the yard. Guests may use the table torches & tiki torches, fire pit & grill. There are figs & pomegranates growing on the trees which guests are welcome to eat.
***CHILDREN
THIS SPACE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR INFANTS OR YOUNG CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13 AS PER RULES. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13.
***THERMOSTAT
There is a locked smart thermostat in the guest suite next door. Host manages the smart thermostat remotely. Guests can contact host to adjust thermostat setting if necessary. The HVAC unit is shared by both suites.
***RENTAL SUITE NEXTDOOR
Guests may vaguely hear noise from the suite next door if other guests or the host are staying. If any noise issues arise, guests should contact the host to address immediately Host is very responsive at any hour regarding any noise complaints.
***PARKING
There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway in front of the garage and 1 space on the street in front of the home.
***SAFETY
The home is professionally monitored through Frontpoint Security System. The property features exterior cameras, door and window sensors, indoor glass break sensors, and indoor motion detectors. NO INDOOR CAMERAS.
***PERMIT***
