Car park and security are so kind and professional as with the great concierge help. Lovely people Ning lovely and so friendly. Karn so kind and helpful Koongking as ever lovely, beautiful smile. "The proterty is OK. Not good. Not bad. Given the low price, I can't say much. The room was clean. The location is so-so. (But, to be fair, there isn't a "central" location in NST. So the hotel is as good as any.) As other reviewers have mentioned, the "breakfast" is cheap bread that you can toast. They provide 6 bright colors of sugar gel you can put on your toast. There were also some stale cookies. The place was fine - all things considered. Just nothing special. "
